"We enjoyed three nights in this beautiful home on Squam Lake. Nestled in the pine forest on the edge of the Lake, it affords beautiful views of the surrounds. However, it is the house that is the winner. Beautifully and creatively designed and fully equipped, with a wonderful kitchen, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. "

"I didn’t look close at the on-line pics so at first arrival I had concerns. It’s a charming older style lake house that could use a bit of pampering but it was very clean and comfortable for our group of 8. The host and management company were great and easy to communicate with. We came up for our daughter’s wedding and we all had a very nice weekend. Thank you"

"Overall, the stay was quite enjoyable, The house was large enough for us and there was something for everyone to enjoy, The kids loved the hot tub and video games. The reason for the lower cleanliness rating was for dirty towels in the dryer and under a bathroom sink. Also, the towels were of very poor quality for this type of property. The check in process could have been better. We had to text message for the access code the day we arrived as it was not sent prior as was stated."

"The property overall is a good choice for the area. It’s definitely dated but nicer than some of the brand hotels nearby. Having a kitchen and living room is very nice. The views from the condo are beautiful. We have now stayed in a two bedroom and a one bedroom. If you have mobility issues choose the two bedroom and ask for a first floor. "The view was beautiful and had a dock for the boat. With a propane fire pit & nice grill! The beds were AWFUL. We were better off sleeping on the floor. Lots of ants, they got in some of our food, furniture in living room is more for show- also uncomfortable. As long as you’re staying outside it’s a great stay!"
