"This island is a great spot to relax and unwind. Set in a beautiful bay with an array of fish. We enjoyed swimming off the west side of the island and managed to catch most of our fish off that side as well. The cottage has everything you need and then some. We managed to rent our own boat through Perth Boat rentals and enjoyed heading into town for a day and fishing for hours. The provincal park is a kayak trip away. "We very much enjoyed our stay. The hosts are wonderful - friendly, flexible, accommodating, great communication. Cozy, comfortable cottage, with everything ready for a fun time. We appreciated having access to a few different boats, as well as the library and games room. The lake is beautiful, with a charming little town nearby. "Trust your GPS! The winding road to the cottage will get you there! Our adult family of 7 enjoyed our stay at Gabriel’s cottage. "This property is beautiful. It is high on a ridge looking through trees that are very tall and cleared of underbrush. You can see the water and it is so beautiful when the sun is shining. "The place was small and cozy. We didn’t need anything bigger! We only slept in the main bed and it was a comfortable sleep. The waterfront is weedy but still nice to sit on the dock to soak it in. "We were pleasantly surprised that the property could comfortably fit 12 people—something most rentals struggle with. The beautiful view and private dock were absolutely perfect! "Thank you Dwayne for sharing your lovely house. We all loved sitting out on the huge decks and enjoying the peace and quiet. Only issue the house is not handicap accessible. Otherwise loved it We traveled the area and the many locks, we could have spent all of our time there watching the process.
