"I feel lucky to have found this hotel. Check in was a breeze with a code - perfect as I arrived very late after a long drive. Parking was right out front and it’s a very well laid out hotel, all rooms I saw were ground floor so perfect for anyone with mobility issues or just tired from a long day and lugging bags inside. "Unfortunately, due to a problem in the reservations system, our reservation appeared as cancelled and the hotel was fully booked. Hotel owners did everything possible to find a similar accomodation. They were a model of kindness and professionality and gave us an accomodation more expensive and they paid the difference of price. I regret we could not stay at the hotel, but, no doubt, this wil be our choice hotel if we return to Katoomba and we will recommend it to all our friends and colleagues."
