"I had notified the owner that my husband cannot have dairy or eggs, when I made the reservation. The owner/manager seemed unaware, but since the breakfast was French Toast, my husband was able to eat it. "Property was exactly as described and we enjoyed our stay. Had a beautiful sunset and enjoyed sitting on the porch having breakfast and coffee in the morning. Owner very responsive to questions when checking in. Great spot to use as a launching point to the north rim of the Black Canyon of the Gunnison. "The glamping tent was wonderful - very spacious, comfy bed. And there was a heater and a fan - we needed the fan because it was so hot (but so much cooler at night). Siiting on the deck was so relaxing - very pretty plantings all around. And quiet. Only 1 other tent. The shower was close and worked so well. The porta potties looked and smelled nice and clean (however, bring a flashlight). "
