"The staff here was absolutely fantastic, especially Lailah! We also met one of the cleaners, who was lovely, as well as a friendly man who came to look at our phone that wasn't working (I also pointed out the cracked shower tiles to him). I've given 5 stars for cleanliness, because this was honestly one of the cleanest apartments we've ever stayed in! My only little gripe was that the ice-cube tray had the remnants of something orange in it. I would strongly recommend this hotel overall! N.B. If...

"We were very very impressed with Quest Newcastle. Quest was very accommodating as we were travelling with an elderly and we requested a walk in shower (instead of a shower with a bath tub) and a shower chair - both were attended to professionally. Hospitality from the reception team was also amazing (special shoutout to Mia and Paris). The 2 bedroom apartments were just renovated and they were very clean and tidy. "El hotel funciona en un edificio antiguo que solia ser una cerveceria y es realmente precioso pues han incorporado elementos modernos a esa arquitectura. Estaba bien ubicado a 600 metros de un paseo maritimo en donde habia una buena variedad de restaurantes muy bonitos. El espacio (contratamos un departamento de dos habitaciones) era generoso y muy elegante. Destaco (porque realmente me impacto) lo comodas que eran las camas. Volveria a alojarme! "
