"In general we enjoyed our stay but there were a few issues that keep it from getting five stars: 1) Lighting needs improvement. It's quite dim, especially in the living area, bathroom, and kitchen. There are under-cabinet lights in the kitchen but they seem to have a mind of their own and we couldn't find a way to have them stay on. "Stayed here while our daughter finished her job at Glimmerglass Opera Festival. Good location for getting around Cooperstown and surrounding area. About 20-30 minute drive to our destinations. The rental space worked well for us. Very clean and well equipped. Plenty of towels, blankets, etc. kitchen had all the equipment we needed. Internet and AC worked very well. "

"The apartment was the perfect space for a longer vacation. Plenty of room for three of us without feeling crowded and able to be spread out. I do wish there was more communication regarding the parking spot (but that was a lack of time on my part) and the check out procedures. Overall a very good stay."

"Another amazing stay at Ariel’s rental. My son’s college is 2 miles away so we’ve rented this home a few times when we visit him. Immaculately clean every time! Beds are heavenly. Movie theatre room down stairs is phenomenal for gathering with friends. The backyard is so peaceful. Being able to bring our furry family along is just another reason why this rental is perfect! "

"We had a great stay in Oneida Castle for Colgate’s parent weekend. Roughly 25-30 min drive from campus through beautiful countryside and fall leaves. Place is really nice inside, comfy bed, nice living room, and kitchen. Street is under construction, but wasn’t a problem at all. We had a great dinner at Creekside Inn with our student."

"This home was perfect size for 2 families with young children. Spacious bedrooms to fit porta crib and all the extras. Enjoyed the private and quiet space. Clean and host was very accommodating. We would stay in this home again if in the area. Although we weren’t able to utilize the outdoor fire pit area it is a great entertainment area. "

"We spent two nights with our dogs. It was a beautiful property very picturesque. Our dogs loved the yard and kennel. After a couple days of hiking and a lot of leash walking they enjoyed being able to run free in the fenced yard. The house had a great layout with lots of space. "
