Amazing Gem of a Getaway

Family Holiday
Winji Jimmy, is the Best place to relax and chill out. The house is perfect and has a wonderful aspect, truly idyllic! The house was very well stocked, in my opinion the best holiday rental we have stayed in. Definitely will be re-booking.

Beautiful home away from home & wonderful hosts
Thank you Cameron & Cathy for providing a wonderful, peaceful, relaxing getaway The pool was the highlight of our stay, we all had a wonderful time keeping cool in this heat. Pantry was well stocked, we enjoyed sitting on the balcony withba cool drink looking out at the lake, such a serene and peaceful place to chill out for a weekend.

Lovely Family Holiday
The property was beauitful and well equipped - and the views and fishing (right out the front) were brilliant. The beds and bedding were in perfect condition and we were impressed with the level of thought that had gone into this home. Open fire place was a lovely way to end our days.

Our family just had the best weekend. Great weather, great company, great house, great location. Loved being right on the lake with fantastic views. So quiet and peaceful. House had everything we needed. Did not want to leave.

On arrival the house had a warm welcoming feel.. Beautiful views over Lake Macquarie and extremely comfortable and well appointed interior. There was not a single thing that hadn’t been thought of . Also great burgers just across the road….bonus

Peaceful & relaxing
We booked a few days here to relax and unwind - we got what we were after and much much more! The house was very clean and the view was amazing. There were so many little extras like basics in the pantry (for us and the dog), books, dvds, games, kayaks, coffee machine and the lovely bottle on arrival. We all enjoyed our time away including the dog - highly recommend to anyone wanting to getaway from the city for a few days. Thank you, Cathy & Cameron, for being such attentive hosts and for letting us enjoy your beautiful home :)

Fantastic Property, Fantastic Owners
We booked this property and then had to postpone twice due to Covid lockdowns. Cameron and Cathy were fantastic to deal with through the whole process, they were flexible to changes required with Covid and the communication was easy and fast. When we arrived at the property, we were amazed at how well everything was laid out and the general quality of the place. The pantry was stocked with essentials like salt and pepper as well as dishwashing liquid. The location was fantastic with great views over the lake and we could not get the kids out of the pool. We will be staying again at the property
