"On the plus size this is a truely unique location and the people that converted this space from a dull 1970s BT building to a cool house should be applauded. It's a perfect getaway location and you're truely isolated (in a good way) but with lots of great walks and places to explore. We really enjoyed all the smuggling past nearby. "Very comfortable little cottage, conveniently located, in a quite residential area, across from common land. Walking distance to Lymington, which is a charming town, which boasts a smallish but varied market on a Saturday. 20min drive to coastal walks, and forest walks. Cottage was very clean and charmingly decorated. Beds were comfy Garden also nice, but didn’t get time to sit out as we were so busy! We had 5 days there. "Very happy with the house, cleanliness, equipment and communication. Great location with all amenities close to hand. I would definitely recommend booking this house. The only thing I would change is I would install an outside light, as it is dark when returning at night."

"Nicky and Chris' place was perfect for our four day getaway. It was extremely comfortable, and the lovely garden provided a cool and shady wonderland for our 2yr old. The cottage is a short drive to the beach and other attractions, with grocery store quite close. Our hosts were helpful and friendly. Highly recommend this delightful place. "
