Note that the drive down to the property is a typical road to the coast (e.g. steep and narrow)."

"Very spacious, well resourced property. Comfortable for a large family gathering and providing a home from home. Disappointing to find that bbqs were not allowed. Situated down a narrow access road, which proved difficult at times but within easy driving distance to Kingsbridge, Salcombe and Dartmouth. It's position on the South West Coast path meant access to some lovely walks. We were disappointed to find a large caravan park opposite which wasn't mentioned in the property details and the bin...

"Brixham is beautiful. The property has amazing views. Shower over bath, ok ISH, but the tap leaks. It also leaks in the kitchen. No recycling and the outside bin was full to the brim. We paid extra £100 for linen and was expected to strip beds on vacating. Think this is a bit much to ask when you have to vacate at 9.30am and the fact we paid extra £100 for this service. "What a lovely cosy cottage, we had a great 2 night stay over the new year. Quaint sitting room with lovely little touches , well equipped kitchen with everything you need . Bathroom had great shower with plenty of hot water . Quirky Brixham stairs . We would definitely stay here again as everything Brixham has to offer is within easy reach ."

"Really cosy cottage, lovely decorations for Xmas, great woodburner for warmth. Amazing bath and shower room. Great dog walks from the back door to various coves and beaches. Just a shame the local inn is undergoing renovations as it looks great. We’ll just have to come back and try it when it’s open again!"

We were two small families so a house shower room would have been good rather than having to go in to one of the other bedrooms for a shower etc not a massive deal if your one family and there is an extra toilet!
