Perfect trip
We had the best time at the cottage! The entire experience was so wonderful. The host is an excellent communicator. The house was perfect for myself and two kids. I highly recommend staying here. We will definitely be back!

House was musty smelling upon entry. Sofa very soiled and uncomfortable, furniture dated worn. Cluttered decor with many many dusty fake plants in every room. Critters in the attic making noise at night overall not a great experience

Best kept secret
Loved the location. Ubered and took free city transportation. Beautifully decorated. Nice front sitting area and back porch. It had so much charm. It was spotless. I felt at home.

Five stars!
We had a fantastic stay! The property was exceptionally clean and quiet, making it easy to relax. The off-street parking was convenient and made coming and going stress-free. The check-in and check-out process was seamless and very user-friendly. I highly recommend this property!

Lovely home and location!
We really appreciated the cleanliness, location, and decor. I have a Toyota Highlander and was able to park in our little space wtihout difficulty. It is tight but navigable and accurate for the time the property was constructed. We frequented Fuel and Co-Op for meals on more than 1 occasion. I like to walk so the .4-.5 mile distance to shops on King Street was perfect. We also easily walked to other interesting locations- Paper Canopy, Tiny Tassel, College of Charleston and more. Be sure the front door lock is engaged upon leaving. I think we left it unlocked a few times before checking. Enjoy!

Girls trip
Extremely pleased with this cottage. It was clean, well stocked, great location and although you are downtown it was very quiet. Great communication with management (and friendly). Loved the no contact and ease of checking in. Both mattress are of different firmness to meet everyone’s needs and sleep preference. Only small issue we experienced is that the air conditioner unit doesn’t cool as well upstairs as it does downstairs, but definitely not a deal breaker. If I chose to stay downtown again I would most definitely book this cottage again! Great experience!!

Perfect for adults, not ideal for families with little ones
We intially rented the cottage but had to move to unit A because our dates changed due to a tropical storm which we were totally okay with! It’s a beautiful space, but not conducive for families with young children. The beds were high and crib is only available for an additional fee and requested 48 hours in advance but that was my fault not seeing that in the fine print. The sound traveled clearly from unit to unit being that it was an old building and we were on the lower level it made for a lot of noise from the renter upstairs and even woke us up one morning it was so loud. Not much we could do about that, but just a note! That’s one of the main reasons I originally booked the cottage. And we ran out of hot water our second night. We showered one kid super quick to wash off their body and had no hot water for us adults! Again, super cute for adults looking for a good time and a place to sleep, but with everything I already stated and the location being about a 25-30min walk to downtown to walk with kids is too much. We wouldn’t stay here again with young children!

Loved the Rainbow Cottage in Charelston
The Rainbow Cottage was beautiful, clean, cozy, and spacious. It had all of the amenities you would need and then some. It was located in an amazing neighborhood in the downtown Charelston area which made it central to everything we wanted to do.

Quaint & Great Location
We loved this property!! It had all the amenities that we needed and it was in a great location. There were cute little bakeries, sandwich shops, restaurants within walking distance so it was perfect if we didn't want to drive everywhere. Honestly, one of the main reasons that we picked this property was the designated parking space for the cottage. We did not want to deal with on-street parking. We will definitely rent this location again if we come back to Charleston ... maybe in the fall when it's not so humid .. haha. Thanks for a great experience in this property!

THE BEST VACATION RENTAL EVER!
When you stay at this place, you will be spoiled forever for rentals. This place met every single desire I had. I am speechless with how clean, how roomy/spacious, and how well furnished it was. If I ever go to South Carolina again, I will be staying at this place. PERFECTION! A+ BRAVO!
