One of three bedrooms does not have an AC unit, but has two fans including a ceiling fan. The property is big and very well maintained. "We stayed at this property for three weeks. Brett Williams was our host and incredibly helpful arranging transport to and from Nevis. Also a rental car ( necessary) when we got there. The cottage has a magnificent view of the Carribbean in the distance and is high enough up to take advantage of the constant breezes. We are both in our 70's and did just fine.
