Excellent property with plenty of room for 14 people in town for a weekend Castle Farms wedding. Well stocked with all of the items needed for a comfortable stay and close to downtown. Would definitely recommend and would not hesitate to stay here again in the future.

Wedding weekend
We stayed for the weekend to attend a wedding in the area. The house was perfect for our group of 13. We had plenty of room to spread out and get ready for the special day. We enjoyed some time in the yard and had a family of deer walk right up us. I would definitely stay here again.

The perfect cozy up north cottage!
Came here with a large group of adults for a ski trip. The house is even bigger than it looks in the photos! We loved the high end appliances and incredible attention to detail with the decor and furniture. Well stocked kitchen, impecably clean all around, and tons of space in the house to gather or to spend time on your own. Shawn was a wonderful host as well and we appreciated how simple and clear all the instructions and information were.

New Years with longtime friend group
Six couples, lots of cooking, a fire in the outdoor fire pit, pickleball in Petoskey, long walks through CVX, great shopping, wine at the Vue and great accommodations at the Nichols St. home! The home is spacious and worked well for our group. Plenty of seating, comfortable beds, and lots of natural light. The east family room was where we spent most of our time, watching TV, enjoying conversation, warming up by the fireplace and playing games. It really couldn’t have been a better stay!

Wonderful location, very spacious!
A great girls weekend where we each had our own bedroom and bath, with enough space for a Pilates workout in the morning and so close to downtown and the lake we walked and walked! We enjoyed our stay, thank you for a great experience!!!

Couldn't have been better!!
We absolutely loved this house! Our family was there for a wedding weekend along with a babysitter. We had five adults & three children five & under and there was plenty of room. We even had the bridegroom getting ready on his wedding day! Sitter had a room upstairs with bath attached. We all enjoyed the back patio. We'd definitely stay again!

Perfect for a group
We had a group of 12 friends stay here while we were in town for our friend’s wedding. The house was in the perfect location - walking distance to downtown and a public beach access. It also was so spacious with generous sized bedrooms. Our group felt like we had plenty of room and could’ve had even more people stay comfortably. Would absolutely recommend staying here!

Fantastic house in great location!
Our stay was excellent. Easy walking to everything downtown has to offer. Shawn was an excellent host. The house is huge and well kept. Lots of towels, fridge space, comfortable beds, and outdoor space.

Perfect space for a a large group. Lots of seating area, lots of bedrooms, bathrooms and extremely comfortable. Location is perfect! 5 min drive to the beach, hiking or skiing. 2 mins walk to coffee shops/ downtown. Extremely comfortable and listing is perfectly accurate.

We stayed with friends for a weekend in February. There were ten of us, and we never felt crowded. Great kitchen space and lots of room for socializing. Large dining area was perfect for meals. Located walking distance to downtown.

Boyle Ski Trip
Charlevoix is a charming town although quiet in winter and just a short drive to Boyne for Skiing …. The house is terrific lots of bedrooms baths a fully stocked kitchen … WiFi TV with Netflix and options. Walking distance from town found a great little Mexican Restaurant. The home tastefully decorated and the open concept makes helps accommodate a large group. We had 10 in our group and there was plenty of space to spread out. We loved the house would happily visit again

Wonderful!
This home is just as pictured! Its styled with a charming mix of antique pieces and also feels modern with its open floor plan. Plenty of seating areas to relax after a day of exploring! A big family table for meals and game time! The kitchen is well equipped for your needs! It’s very convenient to the gorgeous town of Charlevoix! Just a short walk to town or the beach. Shawn was easy to reach out to for questions. I would absolutely recommend this home! We can’t wait to go back!
