Great place
My husband and I stayed for a four day weekend. Michael’s place was nicely furnished and decorated and was super clean. The bed was comfy, kitchen well equipped, nice bath towels and quiet as well. Location was perfect and we got out for an hour walk each day….could have walked longer. All in all had a great time relaxing, shopping, eating out and watching the Lions pull through and win!!

Superb in every way!
The property is in a quiet, very pleasant neighborhood and just a few blocks from a grocery and downtown. The apartment has clearly been remodeled very recently in a very stylish manner. Everything--windows, appliances, plumbing, electrical, heating, lighting--is high quality and in excellent working order. Attractive, comfortable furnishing. Ultra-clean and very well stocked. Great bed and bedding, and I have never been treated to so many towels, all in mint condition. Michael is an all-star host: very available, flexible and amiable. Great instructions. Check-in and check-out couldn't be easier.

Great Getaway Spot!
My fiancé and I thoroughly enjoyed our 2-night stay at Michael's property. As this listing states, it is walking distance from all of the activities, eateries, and sights that downtown Charlevoix has to offer. The unit is clean, well-organized, and filled with nice touches that truly make you feel like you're at a home away from home. The outdoor patio area is secluded and very cozy. We both found the bed to be comfortable after long days out and about. I will definitely be checking availability for this listing first and foremost when coming back to Charlevoix. Thanks again, Michael!

Cozy and clean in Charlevoix
Our stay was great! The decor and furnishings very nice and comfortable. There was a wonderful outdoor seating area. Downtown Charlevoix one block away. We will be back next summer!

Well-appointed, modern and great location
My husband and I were here for three days and the place was exactly as shown in the photos. All the finishes are new and it is thoughtfully equipped with everything you could need. We loved that it was walking distance to the restaurants and beach.

Perfect spot in Downtown Charlevoix
I have been coming to Charlevoix for more than a decade and Michael’s place is fantastic. The pictures are very accurate and the place is extremely well taken care of and clean. The bottle of wine and handwritten note are such a nice personal touch it felt like we have known Michael for years!

Michaels place is so beautiful. Accommodation was spotless and everything was in updated and in perfect condition. The location was perfect for us, walking distance to everything in town. Fabulous place!
Everything about Michael’s place exceeded our expectations. It is tastefully decorated, well stocked with amenities and super comfortable. Michael made everything about this stay a pleasant experience. The complementary bottle of wine he left was a nice touch which was enjoyed on the lovely patio. And the location to downtown Charlevoix was just a five minute walk away. Without a doubt, we will stay here again. Thank you, Michael for an amazing experience!

Amazing stay in the heart of Charlevoix
This is a wonderful property in the heart of "Charlevoix the Beautiful" with easy access to everything. The location of this property is within walking distance to anything you want to do downtown. Michael is an amazing host with immediate replies to questions and / or requests is very friendly, helpful and accommodating. This property is comfortable and beautifully decorated and has everything you need for your stay. It is perfect for a week or weekend getaway and you cannot find a better host or location to stay. Perfect getaway spot
My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at the Summer house. We were looking for a quiet place close to the downtown area for walkability, short dives to local parks, the tunnel of trees, and Petoskey, and a cozy space to chill with a book in the evening. Nailed it. Beautiful space, well maintained, and the owner was great to work with. Will stay there again when we visit the area in the future.

Cozy and convenient
We had a wedding at Castle Farms and this home couldn’t have been a better choice for us. Walking distance to downtown and other hotels and a quick ride away from the wedding venue. The home is very cozy and inviting, clean and perfect for my wife and I. We would definitely stay here again if we come back to town.

Charlevoix
Our stay in Charlevoix was wonderful. We checked into the house with no problem. The location is very convenient and an easy walk into town. The apartment is well appointed with high quality amenities. The bath towels were wonderful and plentiful, the bed and pillows were very comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare dinner, and the decor and ambiance is stylish and comfortable. We had zero issues during our 2 night stay so did not need to contact Michael for any reason. However, he made it clear that we could call him if we had any questions or concerns. Thanks Michael for your hospitality!
