"The photos of this condo were beautiful but stepping into this place was like taking a deep, rejuvenating breath of fresh, tropical air! ALL the rooms are spacious and decorated with love down to the last detail. The owner was beyond accommodating with my every request, as well as her son who smiled so happily when he also helped me. This was my first ‘alone’ trip as a widow and I probably had more questions/concerns than most travelers. The owner was so understanding and patient, sincerely...

"Home sits on canal that gives access to the Peace River or Charlotte Harbor . Only takes a minute or two to idle ( 22' Pathfinder w/200hp )into the river from the back yard . Had a wonderful time fishing , cruising and sight- seeing the river . O ya the cottage, LOL. It was nice, clean, and had what we needed. Tons of restaurants near bye . Stayed 5 nights , wish it was more ."

"The stay was very nice. A little warm for that time of year. Rick and his wife were very pleasant hostess! Hoping to stay with our son next time. If we do not, we would consider renting again."

"We traveled to Port Charlotte from Ohio to see grandparents for spring break. This home was just a few minutes away from their home, and close to everything we needed. The home has everything you'd need for a short termnor kong term stay. The only issue we had a was a small issue with the pool and algae when we arrived due to an excessive amount of rain in the area just before we arrived. The owners rectified the issue immediately, and gave us a partial refund for not being able to use the pool...

"Property was OK. I cleaned the floors - as best as I could and along refrigerator and counter was ridiculous. We did rewash all dishes and towels before use. One time the dishwasher dispenser for soap did not open for us so that may have been the issue Disappointed with just one FOB for gate into community. Two friends (normally independent) rented and that was not a great option for us."

"Stayed for one month, unit was as advertised. Master Suite exceeded expectations. Most other renters have been returning for many years and were very friendly and helpful. Some updating of cupboards and appliances should be considered in the next few years. We do plan to return if possible next year."
