"Stayed for one month, unit was as advertised. Master Suite exceeded expectations. Most other renters have been returning for many years and were very friendly and helpful. Some updating of cupboards and appliances should be considered in the next few years. We do plan to return if possible next year."

"We traveled to Port Charlotte from Ohio to see grandparents for spring break. This home was just a few minutes away from their home, and close to everything we needed. The home has everything you'd need for a short termnor kong term stay. The only issue we had a was a small issue with the pool and algae when we arrived due to an excessive amount of rain in the area just before we arrived. The owners rectified the issue immediately, and gave us a partial refund for not being able to use the pool...

"Property was OK. I cleaned the floors - as best as I could and along refrigerator and counter was ridiculous. We did rewash all dishes and towels before use. One time the dishwasher dispenser for soap did not open for us so that may have been the issue Disappointed with just one FOB for gate into community. Two friends (normally independent) rented and that was not a great option for us."
