Just what we wanted!
Our book club getaway was a fabulous success in this sweet cottage. We could see and smell how clean the house was when we checked in, and everything appeared just as it was in the listing. It is a very cute little house and was perfect for our needs for a girls' weekend. We were able to explore downtown Mooresville, local breweries and wineries and enjoyed a fire in the firepit. Having morning coffee on the deck overlooking the lake was so relaxing. Some of the cookware was not as clean and had to be washed before using and the pans were not in the best shape, but other than that, it was a great experience. (One last tip- if you are a coffee drinker, you will need a cone-style filter for this coffee pot)

The house is nice. There are 2 decent size rooms with an additional room suitable for children. Great place for 2 couples or a family with a couple kids. Would recommend the stay.

Perfect for us!
This home is very clean, modern and well kept. The swim dock made for a great place to fish, visit and float. There were a lot of nice touches such as the fire pit, lake towels and extra comfy blankets. We were able to have a few visitors during the day which there was plenty of room to accommodate. This is on a quiet finger of the lake. There are no lake toys so we had to bring our own floats and such.

Relaxing
The house was awesome, very clean and comfortable. Description was accurate and the decor is of high quality. The view of the lake is very calming. Quiet neighborhood. Only 1 issue, the dog next door apparently does not like to poop or stay in its own yard. I might suggest to supply firewood for the fire pit. I wood definitely stay at this property again. Kudos to the host.

House was just as advertised. Right on the water. Very quiet neighborhood. Close to I77. Fully stocked. Perfect for our family of 4 including two teens (16,14). Had one minor issue but more of an inconvenience. Property manager quick to respond. Would stay again if and when in the area.

Great Cousy Chalet outside in the lake Norman. The place is great the only inconveniente we had was that one of the bedrooms blankets were dirty. Other that that great place great amenities and wonderful to disconnect and relax

Nice home
This home was probably one of the cleanest that we have stayed in. Our family doesn’t wear their shoes in the house and we could continue to do this without our feet and socks being filthy! The kitchen was fairly well stocked. It could use a larger microwave because we couldn’t even pop popcorn in it. The dock is very nice if you wish to bring a boat. The outside sand pit was enjoyed by the kids! Texting with the manager made it so easy. We would rent again!

Fantastic getaway.
This place was perfect in every way. Very clean with cleaning supplies available. Great location. It is in a small cove so you don’t have a large lake view but it’s a great view. It felt like home the minute we walked in. Just comfortable and cozy. Great location to visit the Whitewater Center and Carowinds. Downtown Charlotte is close too. Great recommendation to rent a boat through Ride LKN to learn how to wake board. Would definitely return.

Quiet, Restful and Right on The Water
This is a great little property and was a perfect getaway for my family of 4. This property is an open floor play with the main rooms in the center of the house and the bedrooms flanking each side. While it's small, it feels big. The property is exactly as promised and the pictures are accurate. Beds are on the firm side, but that's way better than too soft! This property is managed by a real estate company, so it's kept clean and they have a nice system for remote entry and a text concierge for anything you need. We would stay here again!

This home is the perfect getaway for a family vacation. The location is private but not too far from the interstate, restaurants and shops. The house is spacious and the kitchen has a great selection of cookware. The private dock and beautiful back yard allowed easy access to paddle board and kayak.

LOVED this place!!!!!!
My Sister and I had to come to NC to house hunt and stayed here for 4 days! This place was PEFECT in everyway!!! We had a fire outside our last night with some wine of course and it was GREAT!
