Beautiful Lakefront Property
The house was perfect for 4 adults (2 couples). The outside is gorgeous and it is very close to anything you might need including a boat rental. It was virtually impossible to reach the managing company when we realized there was no propane in the tank, but they refunded us after we went to purchase one ourselves. Overall I highly recommend this place.

Great little house right on the water
We loved our stay and enjoyed the lake. House had everything we needed and was pretty quiet during the week. Not a lot of neighbor activity so it was pretty peaceful. Great location and worked well for our small family. Was in town for a work conference and was able to commute into Charlotte while my family played on the lake. Dock was perfect for swimming and paddle boarding.

The property was beautiful for 5 adults and a dog. We spent most of our time on the dock and in the water surrounding it. The home was very well maintained with a comfy cozy feel in the kitchen/family room open area. The games were a nice added touch. The only recommendation I would have is to supply some powder for the shuffleboard game. All in all it was a 5 star vacation.

Beautiful Lake Front Property
The house and property were just like the pictures. We had everything we needed for the stay to be comfortable. The only items I would add to help the renter were flashlights for power outages which happened to us our last night due to a storm. Also a note for those with kids the yard is fenced in but the patio and entry walkway are open so you will need a gate for that to keep young ones from wandering to the driveway/street.

The rental was as advertised. Adorable home with a fantastic view of the lake. Very clean and well-stocked. Minor issues with the home but no fault of the manager. However, communication with the manager could have been quicker.

"Lake Shack"
Not a shack but a well appointed bungalow which faced Lake Norman. The sunrises were beautiful. The bungalow was clean with comfortable bedding. The bathroom is small but upgraded with a waterfall shower head. The living space was open and suitable for my family and dog. The outdoor space was extraordinary. We ate outside and enjoyed all the decks. The fenced in yard was terrific for my dog. Very enjoyable experience.

Wonderful setting....peaceful, relaxing...a great place for my wife and I to celebrate our wedding anniversary! Our only complaint was that the floor in the house was very dirty. Otherwise, we greatly enjoyed our stay!

Great little place on Lake Norman!
This property was outstanding for our family of 5. Our two young girls loved the loft and swing in the front yard, and the nice open living area made for easy meals and family time. Would definitely stay there again!

Spring Getaway
My wife and I (and our two dogs) had a wonderful, peaceful week at the lake. The property was spotless and well-appointed. The espresso machine was a treat! We ended up having surprisingly warm weather for early March that, if we had planned, would've been perfect for a few afternoons on the water. The dock was spacious and clean and had a great sitting area from which to enjoy some morning java and sunset cocktails!

Cozy Lake House
This lake house is well represented on the photos. It is very clean and the open floor plan made it fun for the family. The boys loved the arcade table and the shuffle board! It was a little chilly for the dock/lake, but we imagine this is a perfect getaway location when it’s warmer out!
