Bring Ear Plugs
The 2 br. Myers Park homes is very charming. It is in an older building, which means there is a lot of character, but you can hear the neighbor above and next door. The floorboards creak, and I could hear the neighbor get up and out of bed much of the night. I didn't bring earplugs (I'm not a light sleeper). A trip to CVS for some silicone earplugs and a white noise app on my phone did the trick. This is not mentioned in any of the other reviews, so I thought it was important to mention.

Back In Time
Beautiful 1920's Units with central air and remodeled interior, narrow wood plank flooring and updated Kitchen and Bathrooms. Dog friendly! Close to Downtown and plenty of places to crab lunch or Dinner. We will,be coming back! John, Cindy & Beethoven

In town for Duke Mayo Classic
We brought our two dogs with us. This property was on the ground floor and was just perfect. The accommodations were just right with plenty of room for all guests. The location was just minutes from the stadium. The only concern was that the bathroom doors didn't latch for privacy . . . but we managed. We would rent this place again! Thank you. It was a real nice stay.

A Sweet Home
The two bedroom suite is located at a beautiful neighborhood. It is well setup as a home stay. Should the dusty window sills and outdoor patio be cleaned properly, our stay would be more comfortable.

We really enjoyed the property and the responsiveness of the owner team when we needed something. Location is fantastic for downtown access and plenty of great dining options nearby. Safe, clean, well equipped, plenty of parking and an overall great experience. We’ll be back!

Great Location
Welcoming property in upscale historic neighborhood. Seven minute easy walk to several restaurants and a trolley stop. Had a great stay at this property. Five minute drive to Queen’s University of Charlotte.

We loved this property! Well decorated and well stocked. We appreciated the general food necessaries that were provided. The neighborhood was quiet, beautiful, off the beaten path, but close to everything. Our favorite was the screened in porch. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful Area and Dreamy Listing!
I stayed here with my husband, three children, and my mother. Was in walking distance of several parks/markers/coffee shops. Laurel Market was a favorite for breakfast every morning. The hosts also replaced a strobing/fading light bulb in the dining room so that we could put together legos with the kiddos over the weekend! Which they certainly didn’t have to do. It was a wonderful experience. Can’t wait to go back!

Very nice location located closer to midtown. Walkable neighborhood. Midtown is close to Geenway pathway & shopping such as Trader Joes. Coffee shop & restaurants close by. Beautifully decorated, well equipped, safe & clean. Some furnishings are looking a little worn & rugs are showing some stains & wear.

The spot was very clean and welcoming. We were within walking distance of food and drinks. We had a blast overall and our home away from home was the icing on the cake. Would definitely recommend!

Fabulous cozy apartment in beautiful CLT neighborhood!
We have stayed in numerous rental apartments, and this, by far, was our best experience. The pandemic has added a lot of stress to the trip, but we felt very safe upon arrival as we had all the information we needed for an easy, contactless entry and the apartment was spotless. Loved the light from the windows and the bright and colorful decorating, as well as the fireplace. Perfect neighborhood for long walks and access to restaurants for take-out and food delivery. The Home Collection staff were all extremely helpful, responsive, knowledgeable and cooperative. We will definitely look to them for our future visits to Charlotte.

Great place to stay!
Really great experience staying! Definitely recommend staying here. It's impeccably clean, wonderfully appointed and in a fantastic location. The check-in / check-out process is super simple and completely stress-free. They also include a basket of snacks, wine, etc. which is also very nice. I plan to stay here every time I'm in town. It's nicer and cheaper than any hotel in the vicinity.

Excellent location in a quiet neighborhood that’s very convenient to uptown and lots of activities!
I’ve rented many, many rentals over the years, but the Home Collection people have been the BEST at communicating and at attention to detail. Our apartment was not only lovely and comfortable; it was well-equipped and supplied. We would definitely come back! Best customer service I’ve experienced!!

What a unique find. Even better than the VRBO description which very closely matches the location. Fit our needs very well. First floor unit. Two bathrooms. Great welcome package. So inviting, open the door and unit is elegantly lit, music playing. Kitchen supplied. Stocked mini bar. Information provided on the many things to do in the area. Owners and property manager very accommodating. Always felt safe. Easy, check in/out. Ample parking. In town for a wedding so was very busy and wished I could have stayed longer to enjoy the unit and explore this beautiful tree lined Queens Rd area of Charlotte. Definitely will return.

Location location location
Queens Terrace is in a lovely part of Charlotte and close to everything. The unit was tastefully decorated and had everything we could possibly want. Its proximity to the Little Sugar Creek greenway made it an ideal place for morning jogs. Harris Teeter grocery is just a stones throw away. Uptown is a 5 minute drive. The surrounding neighborhood is just stunning. I loved just getting lost on the beautiful sidestreets. Also, check in/out is a breeze (there really is none) and owners are friendly and very responsive/ just a text away. We’ll be back -we have family here but also so that we can do all the many activities at the nearby Whitewater Center. Great stay
