"The property had many rooms, and the back yard was nice. Other than that it had a musty smell/ smelled like cats when we first entered. The ceiling in the basement was maybe 6/7 ft high where we had to duck while walking around. The air conditioning was set on 70 with a lock, which was fine, BUT it didn’t work in the top two rooms where the temp was well over 90 during the day. It’s a good place to stay for one or two nights but if you plan on doing longer I wouldn’t recommended it. I will say...

A few things I would recommend: adding a couple of comfy chairs or loveseat for more seating in the living room and a.pair of night stands and lamps beside the beds. "This was our 1st time in Maryland. We wanted a place on the water and that was able sleeps 8 adults and 5 children ages 5-16 comfortably. This home was perfect! The home was situated on the lake with a dock. It had 5 bedrooms (4 bedrooms with king size beds) and a sleeper in the living room area. Plenty of beach towels, fishing rods, access to canoe and kayak. Easy communication with owner and hassle free check-in. We would return and recommend this home to anyone looking for a relaxing...

"This house had the most amazing views and was clean and tidy. It was perfect for us and the dogs. The yard was clean and mowed and provided plenty of room for frisbee play which is part of my german shepherd's job. The kitchen was very adequate for our needs! As expected, the upstairs bedrooms were "historic" and the staircase was steep also "historic". The showers were perfect. We had a great visit and would love to come back here!"

The apartment is in a quiet part of town and you do not have to worry about street noise. There is an apartment above this one and you definitely can hear footsteps.
