"Overall the home is very warm and welcoming. It sits at the end of a DIRT street, and you may have to avoid some livestock on the way in. But aside, the neighborhood, the house is extremely clean. and the beds are super comfy. The only real complaint I would have is that the water heater needs to be turned down, nothing like accidently burning yourself trying to wash your hands."

"House was great, perfect access with the boats, plenty of room to park. Only down fall was the beach sand it's a great feature and looks nice, but after a day it's everywhere. Ends up all over the house inside and out you feel like all your doing is walking on sand and constantly wiping your feet off. Other than that the rest of the house was amazing just as listed. "

"We enjoyed EVERYTHING about this property. Super comfy, lots of great living and sleeping spaces, wonderfully appointed. We cooked, played cards, volleyball, watched movies, paddled for miles on the river, and had cozy campfires. Perfect for our two families with teenagers. Great communication with our host."

"A great, spacious house in a serene, beautiful location. We loved our stay and exploring the Crystal River area. "This home is warm and cozy! We spent Thanksgiving with family that live locally. Lots of space. Loved the pool, plenty of pool towels and floats. Plenty of bath towels, Shampoo /Conditioner and body wash. Beds are comfy. Neighbors are friendly. Grocery stores and restaurants are close by. Donna host is readily available. Highly recommend! We plan on staying again in the future! "

"The house is located so close to the Weeki Wachee River you can see it from the deck!!! We really loved our stay there! My grandson enjoyed fishing from the deck. We kayaked with dolphins and the baby played with the strings on the front of our kayaks!!! We also had a Momma and baby manatees come up to the deck!! It’s truly the best place and we really enjoyed it!!"

"We needed to stay in Crystal River for a family emergency. Andrew was FANTASTIC! He let us in very late at night, even went to the store for us! The pictures don't do the home justice. We had wonderful evening sitting out on the back deck, wonderful kayak rides. The sunsets were spectacular! It was a great place to just sit and relax. Can't say enough great things about Andrew. I highly recommend this place. We will be back."

"Had a great stay. Very cute house. Beds were comfortable. Liked our adult children were in a separate sleeping area upstairs. The house is on a main road. There was traffic noise and driveway was difficult to get out of. But we enjoyed ourselves very much. "
