Great Place To Stay
Was a nice stay while we were just visiting for a couple days. The rooms were spacious and there was two living rooms also. The kitchen was newly done and worked great for our stay. There was rather strap stairs to our loft upstairs, just as a FYI. I would recommend and would stay again.

Wonderful stay! Perfect for families!
We had an absolutely wonderful time at this beautiful and clean apartment. The hosts were gracious, always quick to respond to any questions, and even greeted us warmly when we arrived a little late without any complaints (we did notify them ahead of time). The home is located in a safe neighborhood and is close to everything we needed. One of the highlights for our kids was spending time in the lovely garden, which had multiple charming spots decorated for the fall season, including beautiful statues that made it even more special. The beds were extremely comfortable, and we all felt right at home. We would definitely stay here again without hesitation. Highly recommend!

Wonderful place to stay and great location!
The place was very cute & clean - very comfy beds and couches. Plenty of space to spread out - very well stocked kitchen. Great outdoor space to relax or have a meal. Walking distance to grocery, restaurants and incline railway. The free shuttle to the Choo Choo picked us up and dropped us up in front of the house when we flagged it down & we got a front door drop- off too. Very fun family vacation. I wish they had an off - hours check in process - I felt bad when our flight was delayed & the owner stayed up for us. I would stay here again.

Fantastic
Great experience. The Bear House was extremely nice, clean, spacious, lots of little touches that made us feel right at home. Walking distance to restaurants and very short drive to mountain tourist attractions. It was perfect!

Great location. Charming estate
Walking distance to Lookout Incline Railway and some fabulous restaurants. Felt welcome with complimentary coffee and snacks. The property is cute. Only thing I would mention is that the kitchen is shared, which I missed before booking.

Absolutely amazing!
Absolutely beautiful property! Check in was easy. Hospitality of hosts was phenomenal. This is located in a beautiful area and makes you feel safe. You are within walking distance to many restaurants and activities. I would absolutely recommend this to any of my friends or family!

A week away with my son
My son and i came to Chattanooga to explore the area and do some climbing. The house we stayed in was so nice and very clean and quiet, perfect for 2 adults needing segregate rooms and close to lots of things.

Great location in St Elmo
The unit was walking distance to a few restaurants and shops, and close to Ruby Falls and Rock City. We really enjoyed sitting outside in the garden areas. Beautiful property!

We were greeted by a dear sweet friendly lady when we arrived. She explained everything to us and what was within walking distance. The rooms were very clean, neat and kitchen stocked with everything but food, lol. We all enjoyed our stay and wiuld come here again!

Family Christmas getaway
So happy I found this property! It was such a fun, nice and comfortable place to stay. My husband and I took our 5 yr old on a little Christmas getaway to Chattanooga to see the Enchanted Garden of lights at rock city. This property is just minutes away from Rock city, Ruby falls, incline railway and all the downtown fun! We really enjoyed our 2 bedroom accommodations and felt like we had lots of room to spread out and enjoy. So much easier than a hotel room when navigating young children going to bed earlier than the adults. Nice comfy beds, enjoyed having a living room area so you have a separate place to watch tv, and lots of extras like snacks, keurig machine/coffee, mini fridge and more. We loved that property and our rooms were all decorated for Christmas! Lots of nice touches. Will definitely be back!

This place is everything
This place looks even better in person than online and was in a great location. My daughter and I really liked the St Elmo area it has so many places to eat and things to do. But the Workman wing had absolutely all that we needed including coffee and snacks—and a fully stocked kitchen we could easily have cooked a meal if we wanted to. Lots of outdoor areas for talking and plenty of parking. It’s very near Rock city where we went for the Christmas lights but not far from Downtown either. I’d love to go back

Perfect Chattanooga Location
A few family members and I went to Chattanooga to attend a wedding shower. We found this gem of a rental and will for sure stay here again. The second floor was perfect for our group as we rented both wings. Every room is decorated so nice and we've never stayed at a rental that was so clean. The small snacks and treats the owner leave for those staying was very appreciated. The units have most everything you'd ever need at a rental property. We did not use the kitchen while we stayed over the weekend however it was stocked very well where we could have cooked a meal there. The owners live on the main floor and are very attentive. It's nice to see how passionate the owners are about their wonderful property.

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Bear House in historic St. Elmo. It was rejuvenating to be back in the mountains. Only challenge was the stairs for for two 80+ year olds

1st time to Chattanooga, Location was perfect for everything we wanted to do. Beautifully restored home. Lots of character and charm with modern convenances. Well stocked with everything you need. Even had snacks and water. The bed was very very comfortable.
