I had a change in plans - one of the guests backed out so I was trying to cancel. I had to go through VRBO who said they were not able to get a reply from the owner after multiple attempts and I'd love my deposit. I decided to go. I was told the unit I rented was not available but they were upgrading me to a larger unit but weren't going to charge me extra for it! I received an email stating I'd receive a code to enter the building - I did not. I had to request this. I received tests with the code for the building, unit number and code for the unit. I arrived in the evening and the code didn't work. I texted to get the correct code which I did get. My husband & I went in, put down our bags, used the bathroom then got a call asking us to go to another unit, that the one we were in was rented out to someone else. We informed the person we had used the bathroom but were asked to please go to the other unit which we did. We did go to the other unit. Also during this time I requested that the "extra person" charge please be removed as I had tried to cancel and couldn't get through and there was no "extra person". I was told by the property manager she would "ask" the owner. The property I booked was advertised as large enough for 4 people but I was getting charged extra for having three. This was not clear in the Expedia posting My recommendation is to be sure you know who has the property listed, ALL costs - ask even if you think you know what they are!

Great Location
The location of this condo was great. The mattresses weren't the most comfortable and the walls are thin. (Unfortunately, we had very loud upstairs neighbors during our stay). Otherwise, our stay was great and we would stay again.

Very Peaceful
We enjoyed our stay. The place was as pictured on line, very neat and clean. It was well stocked with the necessary essentials and the price to stay was affordable. The bed was a bit uncomfortable, but not unbearable. Perhaps it’s time to purchase a new mattress. All in all, we enjoyed our stay and would love to come back and stay again. Likewise, we will recommend it to family and friends!

Chattanooga Motorcar Weekend
The condo was perfectly situated to downtown and had easy access to major highways. Very clean and comfortable. Access to the building was secure and we felt safe with our surroundings. Would stay here again.

Terrible Bed
Property is in a great location and very clean. Couple problems: 1) Might be the worst bed I've ever tried to slept on. Super stiff, cheap mattress. My wife and I took turns sleeping on the couch it was so bad. 2) Paper thin walls. You can hear literally everything above, below, and beside your condo. There was a group of people having a conversation at 3:30am in the parking lot and I could hear every word perfectly. I could hear it so well it kept me up for an hour until they decided to leave. Also someone upstairs who walks with a very heavy foot you will hear often. 3) Super high step to get into the tub/shower. It's literally like a two-foot high step which is pretty awkward. Also the tub creaks and pops like crazy, it's very loud. 4) No ice cube trays and refrigerator had no ice maker. If you like to drink cold water I definitely recommend bringing bottled water to put in the fridge. The freezer did have two of those freezer mugs but they were awful and couldn't cool down anything we put in them. 5) TV remote control would stick when you press the down button so if you're trying to scroll through channels it would get stuck and just keep scrolling down. It was actually really annoying. I'm not one to complain usually but was honestly disappointed with this condo all in all. With some improvements like an actual decent mattress I would be willing to stay again but as it is I can't recommend.

The condo was great. Clean and home like. It was a great vacation!!
When we walked in the actual facilty, It was clean and new looking. That feeling continued on to the condo. We felt right at home and it was so clean. So many amenities were provided including coffee which I forgot to bring. The pool was so nice and we were so close to everywhere we wanted to go. We will definitely stay here again.

Great location and clean property!
This property was just as it was advertised! Great location, clean, all the supplies you need, and well kept - we enjoyed our stay! The elevator was not working at all during our four night stay. We were able to use the stairs to access our third floor unit, but if one is handicap or was planning on using a stroller regularly this would have been an issue. Property manager was quick to respond when we messaged about an issue with our virtual key to access the building too We'd stay here again.

Amazing Stay
We loved staying at this place. It was clean, accessible, and was all stocked. Some construction was being done, but my wife and I STILL LOVED the stay. The only recommendation would be curtains in bedroom, once the sun rises, you rise also. The riverfront is close by, which allowed us to do the riverboat and a few other Chattanooga attractions. We are already planning to come and stay at 307 again, WE LOVED IT!!! The stay was so amazing, my wife wants to move out our home for this place. We will be back soon!
