After quite of bit of stress and frustration before getting to the house, due to no communication for check in, despite trying to get a hold for over two hours, we walked into a clean house. It had a nice smell walking in that helped with the cleanliness. The amenities were fair, though we were disappointed to see no back up roll of toilet paper like we are used to seeing. Especially since the roll that was there was not a brand new roll. If you do plan to cook like we did, know that while the kitchen is well stocked, the pots and pans are not the best quality and food will stick easily (even using oil). The house is in a great location, convenient to downtown Chattanooga and other areas. It is easy to get to Food City and Publix for groceries. The beds were some of the most comfortable we have stayed in from other places. Another perk was room darkening curtains in the bedrooms!
