Dirty and outdated

The sign at door said take off shoes but the floors were filthy. It took me 30 minutes to clean them. The rug in TV room was black. I took two towels to cover the dirt. There were cobwebs all over ceiling and corners of floors. The towels smelt musty like they had been hanging up for months.

Not what she use to be

Bunch of little things were broken. Doors, locks, sofa bed, closet doors. Lots of spiders, normal house bugs. Not realy clean I would get a new maid. Was picked up but not clean, but guest are asked to pick up befor they leave so. Maintenance man was spot on when we called anout the broken AC. Had it fix in not time and girls were cold by next morning. Still good location but definitely run down and just a money maker for someone.

Condo needs some TLC

We were surprised that the property was u set some repairs when we arrived - the exterior construction was a little concerning with no information. The condo itself was ok but could use some improvements. It’s missing some blinds on the windows and some are broken, the balcony door lock is broken, some doors are not fully function, etc. also, the mattresses weren’t comfortable. It me tip a that there are guest parking permits above the fridge but there weren’t any. We tried to request one but never heard back. For how much we paid I would have just expected a little more maintenance on the condo.

Mid-Winter Break in Chelan

We had a nice time. We have stayed in the property before in another unit. This time we found the pool and hot tub which was an added bonus after a day of corss country skiing. Note, the doorknob for the balcony door of this unit was not working properly. This wasn't an issue for us since it was cold and we weren't using the balcony.

Spacious condo with amazing views!

My family of 4 LOVED staying in this very spacious condo for a little winter getaway! We only had a minor issue with the codes for entry not working but we were able to get that resolved very quickly by the condo owner. The condo’s kitchen was very well stocked so we could enjoy some cooking while there. The condo felt huge with high ceilings, large kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a very spacious storage room. This condo is in a great location very close to downtown Chelan, wineries and the lake. Safeway is a short 6 minute drive so it made grabbing some groceries very easy. The gated parking garage was great as it felt very secure and was nice to be able to park inside during winter months. With breathtaking views from this top floor unit we could sit and enjoy our morning coffee. It was about an hour to Leavenworth so we took a day trip there from the condo. The indoor pool and hot tub were great as well! We hope to make this an annual Christmas stay for our family because we loved it so much!

No truck parking

All of the parking is in a garage so be sure not to drive a truck or you will have to pay for parking a block away. There is no staff on site to handle any problems like towels or issues with the room. We enjoyed the unit but it was definitely a 3star at best.

Great location right on the water with a park for great swimming and relaxation! Property was dirty, cobwebs in every room, windows not clean, door handle to outside patio was broken, blinds missing.

Great Views

Always love renting one of the Chelan suites. So far, this one had the best view! Got to used the hot tub which was amazing! 5 stars!

So many things were missing. The sink backed up, my husband fixed it. The hide-a-bed was broken. No end table in master. It was fine, just not awesome.

Cozy and comfortable with a great view

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location next to the lake (and accompanying view from balcony and bedroom window) was perfect. The place was cozy with a fireplace, nice kitchen, washer and dryer, everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable.

Everything it said it was

Property was nice and the listing was accurate. The place had everything we needed. Small recommendation would be to get new throw pillows for the couch and a new duvet for the bed. Wouldn’t cost much but it would help make the place feel fresher. Wasn’t an issue at all though

Clean and easy!

Easy check in and out. Clean. Fireplace didn’t work. Cleaning fee was a bit high for such a small place but overall it was great. Nice to have the indoor pool!

Nice stay in Chelan

Nice clean condo, exactly as advertised. It isn't fully waterfront, but the back deck looked over the top of the other building and provides nice views. Only a couple minutes from downtown Chelan.

Actual height of garage entrance was not listed. Majority of doors in the space whew falling off of hinges,would not close properly. Lights for both showers where out. Door knob for master closet was laying on the floor on arrival. If your car is too large for the garage entrance, you can just find a spot on the street. No overflow parking.

Disappointing

My family & I have stayed in this condo for several years. It isn’t being maintained well. The patio door lock was broken & non-functional, the master bedroom closet door knob was hanging, ready to fall off, the master bathroom cold water faucet was spinning around, the shower faucet was loose & coming away from tile & the living room wall paint was badly chipped. Overall, We won’t be staying there again.

Nice place, exactly as described

Clean, 2 bedroom condo. My kids enjoyed the indoor pool and hot tub (small and not immaculate, but fine). Small playground and beach just a short walk away. I will agree with the other reviewer that the kitchen utensils are lacking - I couldn't find a measuring cup for water. Also, only condiments are salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes, so bring our own sugar for coffee or olive oil for cooking. I wouldn't be opposed to staying here again, but I think our family will stay closer to Don Morse Park next time - better beach/playground and closer to restaurants (we visited in the off season, so my opinion might be different during the busy season when that area is loaded with hoards of tourists). Another slight annoyance were the very long codes for opening doors, but not so bad once you get used to it.

Great weekend stay

Great location, well stocked and equipped- from towels to kitchen supplies. Smooth check-in and check-out process. This room is located on the fourth/top floor so the high ceilings make the space feel larger. The only con was that the blinds were broken and you couldn’t open them unless you wanted to just lift the entire thing up. This is my second stay at Chelan Resort Suites and I would stay here again. Great weekend stay with my family, highly recommend!

Lacked some key features

The place was decent. Clean and easy location. However, a few important things will keep us from staying here in the future. First, no dressers in either room. No suitcase racks either so we could ever feel organized. Second - no tv in the bedroom. Not obsessed with tv but in the mornings, and kids sleeping on pull out couches-- would have been nice. The morning of checkout, the cleaners came at 10:50am. We were already rushing to get out the door. They waited. We walked out at 11:01 and would have either way. It was stressful and uncomfortable. Disappointed in the management. The cleaning guys were nice enough - not wanting us to feel the pressure - but standing there was pretty crazy. Spring some extra $$ and get something with more complete furnishings and more customer-friendly service.

Great location, certain things not communicated

We arrived and found out that the pool and hot tub we're under construction. It was very unfortunate as we choose this location knowing that the weather was not supposed to be the greatest this weekend and we had an indoor pool and hot tub. We did not get to use these amenities as they were completely under construction and were not told anything when we booked or in any of the communication emails received before our stay. We also had two broken door handles in the unit upon arrival.
