Dirty, Poorly Maintained Property
Every property should be immaculate upon arrival, not "lived in," as this one was. Although the photographs look great, the lack of attention and cleanliness to our unit was appalling. Fingerprints on the light switches, dirty windows with cobwebs on the interior side, fingerprints on the glass-top dining room table, red smudges on the bedroom door frame and wall (possibly lipstick?), hair in both bathroom showers, a layer of dirt on all the baseboards...the list goes on and on. There's an "ick" factor here that makes one think someone was just there before you arrived, and only a half-hearted effort was made to tidy up. Add to this a number of maintenance issues, such as a missing threshold between the hallway and bathroom door, paint scraped off the wall in the spare bedroom, an air conditioning system that barely works in the master bedroom (despite prior guest complaints). This place is in need of a deep-cleaning, and all of the above issues, and more, should be addressed immediately. DO NOT rent from this property until this happens.

Wonderful location and comfortable stay
The property is as advertised and very up to date, so no issues with the amenities. The check in process seemed pretty easy as I got an email and text message with access codes, but they didn't work and given it was a Sunday had difficulty getting resolution. Luckily, there was a Vacasa maintenance person who happened to be there at the property that was able to help out. Had he not been there, I think the stay would have started off on a very sour note. One thing to note is that the underground parking, appreciated of course, is for a compact car. I was able to fit my 1/2 ton truck in the spot, but it was after a series of 10 point turns to squeeze it in there. It wasn't obvious where other parking outside was, so more information on that front would have been appreciated. The place is great, and as with all properties, needing a deep clean and cosmetic touchups here and there. Only request I would have is to have more blankets as there were very thin quilts as cover.

The condo was great, the hot tub was definitely needed. The codes to open doors gave us some trouble. Great kitchen, comfy beds, good water pressure.

Lacking accommodatios
I am very disappointed with my stay. First, I tried calling the property management company listed on the page (503). The phone picked up with elevator music and no function to leave a message. Very annoying. I also sent several email messages via VRBO to and got no response. I was worried about the fires in Lake Chelan. Second, we get there and the view and location are nice but the unit had several minor maintenance issues (i.e. scratched/chipped paint on the wall, the hinges on the kitchen cabinets were broken so when you opened the garbage door under the sink the door came flying off. The sofa was dirty, we laid out towels before we sat on it. Third, this really was the big issue I had with this reservation-the unit held up to 6 people. We had 5. Two couples and 1 twelve year old, who was suppose to sleep on the pull out bed. We pulled out the sofa bed and the mattress was disgusting, flat as a pancake. I really mean flat! the springs were the only thing in the mattress. The floor would of been more comfortable. There were no sheets or pillow covers provided for the pullout. My 12 year old had to sleep in the full size bed (not even a queen size beds in either room) with myself and my husband. Not surprisingly, we had 2 miserable nights of sleeping like sardines. For the price I paid for 2 nights, because it was labor day weekend, I could of stayed at a 5 star resort anywhere. We called the management company still same answer with elevator music. I will be reaching out to VRBO customer service and ask for a refund or credit.

Good location, lacking overall quality.
This condo is in a great location, the park is just a short walk away and town is super close as well. The condo has great views that overlook Lake Chelan and the AC worked great! A few areas of opportunity include: - condo is marketed for 6 people however, the pull out bed is an air mattress and there was no pump. My family had to purchase a pump and after filling up the mattress, it leaked all night. Finally, my family had to buy an air mattress to sleep on the floor :( - The toaster while works, doesn't sit evenly. The goes for the dishwasher too - it works too but only has two wheels so is very clunky, - The main TV only has one speaker working so a bit hard to watch if you have multiple people staying with you (ie. toddlers). - The kitchen while nice, is lacking overall quality of utensils & items. For example, there is no 9x13 pan, so if you were planning on baking or cooking a casserole bring your own stuff. The stove top is TINY so it also takes forever to heat anything up. - For a family of 6 to stay here (and imagine with all your belongings), there is only ONE parking spot and not clear direction that your second car will have to be parked somewhere else and no direction on best spot for that either. However, we found a parking spot right next to the shaved ice that allows for 48hrs only. i wont stay here again unless you only need two bedrooms and plan on eating out.

Cozy and comfortable!
Enjoyed our stay! We've stayed in several places in Chelan over the last 15 years and really enjoyed this side of the lake. Just a short walk to the water and playground. Convenient for jet skiing and the condo was clean and comfortable!

Nice Condo by the Lake!
Cute little Condo right by the Lake. It was only a few short blocks away from Jet Ski's Ahoy so it was perfect for us since we enjoy renting jet ski's and boats during our stay. A few little things could be updated in the condo - rug and couch looked like it needed a steam cleaning job. Also, the pool and hot tub are inside. Worth the price. Liked the underground parking garage. Overall, I would stay again :-)

Fire alarm goes off at night
The location is fine, and the amenities were okay -- pretty standard. I do not recommend staying here. Our first night, the entire building fire alarm went off at 12:30am. Everyone had to evacuate and stand out in the cold until the fire department arrived to shut off the alarm about 25 mins later. Then, the next night the fire alarm went off again at exactly the same time. Again, we had to evacuate and wait for the fire department. When it finally turned off we went back to bed, only for the alarm to go off twice more!! Very frustrating. I called the management company and no one ever called me back.
