"We had a great time at the Maplecroft Bed and breakfast in Barre, Vermont. Our host was very accomodating and the room and breakfast were both outstanding. There was a big snowstorm while we were there, which required me to sweep off/shovel out my own car (to which I would never object). However, we then left for the day and I wonder what might have happened if we had returned and found someone else in the parking spot we had shoveled out, requiring us to do it all over again. No other guest did...

"For what we paid the room was awkward…. With the sink by the bed and the shower not I’m an enclosed room …there were cracks in t by e ceiling and cobwebs in the community space… the breakfast was very disappointing… no bacon or sausage or butter for the waffles …. "This property is so cool and unique! After a long day on the trails it was great to come to the barn say hi to the goats and step in to the bungalow and it was nice and warm. The owner was so cooperative with the check in process as he met me first thing in the morning so I could go enjoy the trails. Trails lead right to the door! Thank you for a great stay and will return very soon"
