"Nos dieron una habitación junto al garaje en planta baja…..! Parecía un sitio para caballos. Cuando reclamamos, nos cambiaron de habitación. No tienen idea ni información de nada. El problema de este tipo de hoteles es que no hay nadie que sepa de nada…y se va generalizando la cosa."
