The worst costumer service in all my life. The lady at the front desk was unpolite, disrespectful, not helpful at all. We asked for the hot tub because it was the reason I rented the room and when I realized it was dirty and also it was in other property called “quality inn” I went to the front desk and I asked why she did not tell us the hot tub was not working and also dirty and that I would like to find a solution. She reacted in a terrible way saying that I could do whatever I wanted and I had not to think in any compensation or anything like that. I could not belive she was talking in that bad way, so I asked again to find a way and she was reacting worst saying that she was not able to talk with me and even with expedia, after that, she just started talking with the next guest on the line letting me talk by myself. I called expedia, and they got in contact with her and when expedia replaid back to me, they said they could not find any solution because the girl was also disrespectful with them and that she had talked with her manager and that the manager of her Let her be in that way and also not having any consideration, not just for the behavior of her also for the wrong information of the amenities that are not working or in this case that they do not have.
