"This was a pretty good staty. Eugene is odd , in that the dowtown is pretty spread out, so this is pretty close to a lot of things. We were able to walk to Ninkasa Brewing for dinner, so that was really nice. The place was clean, and the beds were comfy. The only issue we had was, that when we got there it was 50 degrees in the unit, and when we turned the heat on, with her instructions, it would blow cold air. "Very quiet, older but had everything we needed for a fun stay over the holidays. Nice private patio off one of the bedrooms, worked great for my dog to have space to run around. Beds were very comfortable, nice big tv, lots of comfy furniture for lounging. Adequate kitchen supplies and big roomy fridge. Communication with the host was terrific.
