"My husband and I stayed for 1 night, had an amazing time. The portable AC worked perfect and was able to cool the entire dome despite the 90 degree heat! We enjoyed our time by the fire and eating our meals outside. The nature scenery was very serene with birds and deer passing by. The host is incredibly responsive to questions, excellent communication. We would definitely love to stay again"

"We were in Rock Hill for my nephews high school graduation. This home was a nice location in downtown Rock Hill close to everything we needed and a pleasant stay for our dog. We were able to walk at Glencairn Gardens and Lake Winthrop on the university athletics complex. The fenced in backyard worked out very well. "Family planned a trip to the Charlotte area to visit the Whitewater Rafting Center. We also wanted a nice place where we could spend some time together as a family central to all of us from different states. The location was great, the house was nice and clean and communication with the management company was quick and easy. The kids enjoyed swimming in the lake and the views were terrific. "I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. The room was infested with roaches, which made it completely uncomfortable. I purchased a can of Raid, hoping it would help, but within less than a day, the entire can was used up with no noticeable improvement. I immediately informed the receptionist about the issue, but her responses were consistently hostile and dismissive, as if she didn’t care about my concerns. When I decided to check out and requested a refund for the remaining nights, she only offered to refund me for one night, despite having booked and paid for two rooms. This experience was highly unsatisfactory and unacceptable."
