No le gustó: Limpieza, servicios, estado de la propiedad e instalaciones
We where disappointed to say the least with the condition of the property and very disappointed with the fact it was a basement apartment ( which was never mentioned) on arrival we found it dirty and dark . We had to stand on a chair to open the blinds and stretch whilst on that chair to open the window to let the musty smell out.
As part of my working life I have to conduct risk assessment,s with this in mind this is unacceptable We went out for a walk when we returned we wanted to shower before we went for dinner, as I stepped into the shower it was running cold so I reached in to adjust I could not realise hot water I then had to find the boiler it was switched off so I messaged to ask if it was off for safety reasons having no response and knowing gas safety would have isolated it I started the boiler and we had hot water. Having some time we looked more around the apartment we found dirty food covered cutlery and crockery as the bed only had a bottom sheet placed on the mattress we looked more closely no mattress protector also looking under the bed we found dirty sheets. The fridge had dirt in the seal,s the freezer had things you wouldn't expect to find in a freezer all the furniture was old , worn and damaged . In my opinion the flooring has not been cleaned for a long time ( I can get out of a shower at home and with damp feet walk across our hard flooring and not get dirty feet ) it is far from luxury.
