Arleen , la propietaria es amabilisima , disponible para cuaquier consulta, un encanto de persona.
La propiedad es igual a como se describe en las fotos. La ubicación es perfecta para visitar las cinque terre y portofino. Pero tambien si te quieres acercar a Pisa , Lucca...La casa está enclavada en la montaña de un pequeño pueblo Sant’ Andrea di Rovereto muy tranquilo .

Wonderful first visit to the Italian Riviera
We have been completely bowled over by the area o our first visit and will definitely return. The property was spotlessly clean and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. The terrace is a lovely sun trap with beautiful views across the Gulf to Portofino. However the star of the show is undoubtedly Arleen, our host. On arrival she spent a good amount of time recommending places to visit and how best to get there ( parking is difficult in some of the smaller places even in early May). She also recommended a number of restaurants. We followed her advice and were not once disappointed. Nothing is too much trouble for Arleen. One small. It’s - a car is required there is a little shop and restaurant in the village but otherwise a car is needed to go further afield. We loved it!

Wonderful place
We loved this place. It was in a perfect place with easy access to all the cool sites in the area, although via really winding roads. There is a very nice restaurant just a few minutes walk, and a mini mart 10 minutes away by foot. The star of the VRBO, though, is the host Arlene. She gave us very thorough recommendations, and would respond to text questions within minutes. She seems to really enjoy maximizing your pleasure during your stay.

Best VRBO Host Ever
We really enjoyed our time at Arleen Garibaldi’s charming house in the hills. We have been staying in rentals versus hotels for about 10 years now, and I have to say Arleen was the absolute best Host we have ever encountered. From my first message to her till after we got home, she has been timely, responsive, extremely helpful, compassionate, thoughtful, and kind. A poor Host can make or break your trip, and Arleen is one of the nicest things about this rental. In a message before our arrival, I mentioned to her I would be looking for gluten-free items in a supermarket. When we arrived, she greeted us with delicious gluten-free focaccia bread. Arleen spent a good amount of time reviewing with us what there was to do in the area, as well as all the intricacies of logistics. When we had a question during our stay, she got back to us very quickly and was so helpful. We also enjoyed the beautiful, convenient to many wonderful towns, location. While we were there we visited Portofino, Santa Margherita Ligure, Rapallo, Comiglia, Sestri Levante, Levanto, and Monterosso. You will need a car and a good GPS. There are also trains and ferries available. What also makes this rental special is the beautiful patio with the amazing view, the ample furniture and wonderful flowers. We spent many meals outside, as well as under the full moon at night, listening to the church bells. Thank you, Arleen, for a special stay, Linda and Jim

Arleen ist ein Schatz, immer erreichbar, ein top Gastgeber, besser geht es nicht. Wer ein wenig abseits vom Tourismus Urlaub machen möchte ist hier gensu richtig.

Hervorragend
Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und sauber und die Küche voll ausgesattet. Die Terrasse ist gross und bietet einen wundervollen Blick über das Meer und auf die Landzunge von Portofino. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich, immer hilfsbereit und erreichbar. Wir haben schon nach der sehr herzlichen Ankunft sehr viele Tipps bekommen, Sehenswürdigkeiten, Ausflugsziele, Restaurants. Wir werden mit Sicherheit wieder einmal bei Arleen zu Gast sein.

Séjour parfait
Nous avons passé une très bon séjour chez Arleen. Situation parfaite de l'appartement à proximité de tous les sites incontournables de cette région. Great Appartment, wonderful host, beautiful area
The appartment is great with a beautiful view on the bay. The host is very helpful, she gave us much advise for day trips. Chiavari and the entire area is really beautiful with many opportunities for day trips by car, boat or train.

Entspannter Familienurlaub
Wir wurden von der Gastgeberin mit Focciaca und Wein herzlichen empfang und ausführlich informiert. Die Zeit in dieser ruhig gelegenen schönen Wohnung war sehr entspannend, vorallem die Terrasse mit Aussicht aufs Meer hat uns begeistert! Die Wohnung bietet viel Komfort und das Auto ist in überdachter und abgeschlossener Garage gesichert

Fantastische Aussicht und freundliche Landherrin
Die Ferienwohnung hat eine fantastische Aussicht aufs Meer und bietet sowohl Natur als auch Erreichbarkeit zu großen Städten und Geschäften, wenn man ein Auto hat. Arleen ist ein super freundlicher Mensch, der immer sofort antwortet und hilfsbereit ist. Einziger Nachteil ist der fehlende Internet-/Empfang in den Schlafzimmern aber ansonsten ist alles TOP.

A very nice week
With my wife we spent a week in Arleen's apartment. This apartment is well equipped with everything you need and is very clean. Inside, the air was always fresh if the shutters were closed when the sun was shining from the terrace side. Every day when we were at the apartment, we ate on the terrace. There are magnificent views of the sea and Ligurian Riviera. Which we were able to visit easily with our car . Not all the places we wanted to visit because our time was too short . But the most important thing was the welcome of our host Arleen, her advice, her availability and her helpfulness. We arrived very late at the apartment on the first day and were pleasantly surprised that Arleen offered us good wine and a specialty from the region. We had a great time and thank Arleen for everything she did to make it happen.

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Woche in der Ferienwohnung von Arleen. Super sauber, gepflegt und ausgestattet. Einer der größten Pluspunkte: Die Lage! Toller Ausblick übers Meer und man kommt schnell an Ausflugsziele. Das absolut Beste: Arleen! Super toller Kontakt, beim Checkin hat sie sich unheimlich viel Zeit genommen und uns viele tolle Ausflugstips gegeben und auch die bestmögliche Anreise zu den Ausflugszielen genannt. Auch während des Aufenthalts war sie immer erreichbar. So macht Urlaub Spaß!

Great location in Genoa Bay Area
Great location just north of Chiavari with elevation above the water looking west toward Portofino. Clean and well provisioned with excellent support by owner on local activities, restaurants and support. Need to have a small car or scooter to get around but great access to all of the wonderful towns along the coast including Cinque Terre. Only drawback for us Americans was a very firm mattress. Unit comes with a covered and private parking spot.

Incredible host!!!
We missed the cut-off to pick up our rental car, and then got to the VRBO early. Arlene met us early, let us check in and the offered to drive us to the rental car office when they reopened. Arlene was an absolute gem. She gave us so much information about the area and suggested many things we could do. The place was spotlessly clean, in a beautiful village. Arlene could not have been any nicer, sweet lady. Thanks Arlene!!!!!! Linda Walsh

Einmaliger Ausblick von der Terrasse.
Das Objekt ist gepflegt. Auch ohne Klimaanlage ist die FEWO angenehm kühl. Der abgeschlossener Parkplatz ist sehr hilfreich. Die Vermieterin ist nett und zuvorkommend. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Very spacious apartment for perfect family vacation
Super Aussicht auf's Meer von der sehr grossen Terrasse. Die Räume sind sehr hoch, was dem Innenklima zuträglich ist und bieten sehr viel Platz für die ganze Familie. Die Schlafzimmer liegen sehr ruhig und generell ist kaum Lärm zu vernehmen (ausser die Zikaden) da die Strasse vor'm Haus sehr eng und schmal ist und dadurch nur begrenzt befahren wird. Das Auto steht im abgeschlossen privaten Parkkeller unter der Wohnung. Arleen ist eine herausragende Gastgeberin, weit über die Erwartungen hinaus. Sie steht sofort für jede Frage zur Verfügung und ist aktive daran interessiert, den Urlaubern mit insider-tipps ein angenehmes Ferienerlebnis zu sichern. Nur zu empfehlen. Vielen Dank.

Magnificient view in a quiet area.
Really lovely place to stay and discover the beauty of the area and the cities around Portofino, Ziegler, siestra Levante ect. We stayed 5 days with our two kids and enjoyed the terrasse, the sunset and the great place for cooking. The host Arlene was really kind and generous and where welcoming us with big arms. She had wine and bread ready for us and gave us really good info of the area around. The place clean and had what you needed for a pleasant stay. Car is needed in this area. 10 minute drive to the Beach and city from here. The most recommendations from us:)

Tolle Wohnung mit grosse Terrasse
Großzügige Wohnung,schön eingerichtet mit herrlichem Ausblick.Arleen ist eine tolle Gastgeberin mit ganz viele Tips und und eine liebe Überraschung war im Kühlschrank an unserer Ankunft. Das Haus ist gut isoliert und bleib frisch .Allerdings braucht man ein Auto um die Zentrum zu erreichen. Es gibt dort ein Riesen Parkplatz kostenlos und wir hatten nie Probleme ein Platz zu finden. Am Ort gibt es auch ein Restaurant,ein klein Supermarkt mit frisches Brot und kleine Tapas kann man auch dort bestellen. Wir empfehlen diese Objekt weiter:)

Perfekter Italien-Urlaub
Sehr saubere, gut ausgestattete und geräumige Ferienwohnung mit sehr großer Garage. Die Terrasse mit Meerblick ist ein Traum. Zentrale Lage mit vielen Ausflugsmöglichkeiten (sight-seeing und Strand). Besonders die sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieterin hat den Urlaub zu etwas sehr besonderem gemacht! Mit ihren Tips haben wir tolle und stressfreie Ausflüge mit unseren drei Kindern machen können! Wir kommen in jedem Fall wieder!
