It was okay
It was ok for one night. The steps were in poor condition for a 80 yr old. And half the outlets didnt work. Really needs an update. Definitely got cheap for a cheap price

HORRIBLE
This place should be condemned or at the very least removed from Vrbo as a listing. The conditions were deplorable and there was an odd smell through the home not to mention rooms missing doors, beds that already had been slept in and dirty sheets and towels. I walked in and walked out. Felt like I had to shower immediately after entering the place … there was new flooring laying in a box in the entryway looks like they were thinking about fixing it up but have not done anything yet. Absolutely horrendous!

This property should be removed from Expedia, it's dirty, outdated, it reekes of raid, beds are dirty and matts need to be replaced. There was a big black widow in the living room and a razor blade on the floor, A/C units liking water all over the floor, the door knob was taped up who knows why not replace it. We left that unit because there was no way we were sleeping in that house. I will be calling Expedia for a refund this is unexceptable.

Musty, dirty, lacking bedspreads & instructions for lick up.
I did not stay after walking in. The musty smell was overpowering & it was too hot & humid to open windows. Front doorknob was duct taped inside? Bathroom rug was stained & no towel racks in bathroom—only holes in the wall where the rack had been. None of the 3 beds had bedspreads. Entered code at front door to get in, but no way to lock the front door upon exit. Ended up going out the back door which I could lock by turning the knob & shutting the door. The back stoop had a wood platform that was wobbly & partially broken. I ended up renting motel rooms for myself & the 2 guests I had invited to join me here. No way I would ask them to stay here. I’ve stayed in some very modest places, and realized this would be “modest,” but this place was a definite no go. I wish I could get my money back…

Needs Work
We were in town to visit our military family member and this was nothing short of a dissapointment. It gave us a place to stay, but thats basically it. There were holes in the walls, insects crawling around, and the hot water did not work for 2 days. When I reached out to the owner for help I never got a response even though I followed up more than once. I had to reach out to Vrbo customer service to get them to respond. The house really just looks abandoned inside and out and needs a lot of TLC. Normally I would look over the majority of these things but I felt like this just needed calling out. This house has a lot of potential but very poor management.

This place stunk like week old pee. The were stains in the bathroom and refrigerator. The mattress was stained yellow. There was only two portable a/c in the house. The owner was not willing to negotiate a settlement. DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE. ITS HORRIBLE. ONCE DONT NOT BOOK THIS PLACE. YOU WILL REGRET IT

Reasonably priced in a safe neighborhood
Had to attend a 3 day funeral/celebration of life on short notice and had just returned from a tropical vacation so I didn't want to break the bank. Jake's rental was at an extremely reasonable rate which was greatly appreciated but appropriate for the site. Furniture was rearranged differently than pictured but otherwise photos were accurate. Very thankful for the convenience of parking in driveway with my mini sports car. House provided exactly what we needed which was our own private bedrooms for my son, his father and I. The neighborhood was very safe and located one cross street over from a Ross store, tons of food and drug stores. Couldn't hear outside noise and slept soundly. Everything was clean and ready for our arrival. Never had to communicate with Jake at all, booked instantly and instructions were easy to follow for checking in. Home could use some repairs and updated feature but that was of no concern for us. Very satisfied with our stay as it met all of our needs. Thank you so much!!!

We walked in and turned around and walked out. It smelt like cat pee and the house seemed unsafe with tape over the door handle. The lawn wasn't mowed and the floors were bubbled, the ac was leaking water on the floor. For the low price a night you get what you paid for....

The location was good
Its a very old house that is in desperate need of an upgrade , its smells old , the beds are a memory foam mattress on rails that you feel all night . The a/c is portable air that is leaking water in the floor and two bedrooms didn'thave any a/c . The parking is only good for one car . Over all we enjoyed the stay even though its was a little uncomfortable. The lawn should have been mowed . No coffee pot . It was close to everything we needed .
