Will stay again!
This place was awesome! My boyfriend and I came into town for the bears game and wanted something not too far from stadium. We also really loved coming back after the game and playing all the board games they had to offer. I highly recommend this place to all!

Tom’s place was perfect for us while we were visiting for the weekend during the marathon. Cozy, welcoming, and accommodating! Tom was a fantastic host who went out of his way to help us with some extra traveling needs, too. We will be back!

Cozy Chicago Neighborhood
Had a really nice stay with friends here for the Cubs game/ birthday weekend. A nice neighborhood spot with a very cute bar at the end of the street. If you want to step into the street near bars and restaurants, this probably isn’t the place for you but is pretty walkable to most things if the weather is nice. Hosts were very attentive, even left an umbrella for us when it was raining and personalized our welcome. Thanks for the nice time!

Fantastic Property
I was very impressed with this rental. Everything was clean, well (and tastefully) furnished, and well-located. The ease of parking and the location are also some huge positives. The record player was also a nice touch. It’s rare that I get to dig for records on a trip and not have to wait until I get home to enjoy. A+!

First impression was great. We walked in and the place was exactly the way it appeared in ad and then we seen the personalized touches welcoming all of us. The kitchen was well equipped, plenty of extra towels. We seen our hosts a few times and they were very pleasant and helpful.

The hosts were great! Their place is beautiful and I loved the music themed aspect of the apartment. Also, the greeting sign and the chocolate they left for us was so nice! Made me feel like very welcome and right at home. Over all, the area is quiet but it is a downstairs apartment so you may hear walking above or up and down the stairs but nothing extensive. We were able to walk to places to eat and we felt safe. They have a guide book of local places to eat, a lot within walking distance on their dining room table, which was so helpful. I recommend Kuma's Corner, it was delicious with food that had a little bit of a kick. The location is great as well. A short Uber ride got us into town and back no problem. Over all, I highly recommend this place. It was cool with A/C units and was very comfortable. The bed in the front bedroom was so comfortable! I slept very well. Thanks again for the wonderful stay!!

Great location and very comfortable place
The location was great--in between trendy Avondale and Logan Square. The place was quiet and comfortable. There was no road or other noise. It was a short walk to amazing coffee shops and restaurants, and about a one mile walk/drive/bus to the Blue Line. The apartment is stocked with basic spices and a nice little library with lots of rock and roll-themed books. Bonus: a medium sized collection of records and a record player. Hosts were amazing and responsive to all needs!

Logan Square Stay
This was a great find for our four day stay. This was a very affordable option with many of the amenities we were looking for. The place is within walking distance to train, restaurants, and entertainment but also in a relatively quiet neighborhood. Street parking was free and readily available during our stay. Also, Tom stocked the place with all the coffee and little chocolates we could want which was a nice touch! Would definitely stay again.

Great stay!
We came to Chicago for a quick weekend trip. This was a nice, central location. We used Uber and the L to navigate the city. The apt was clean and perfect for our family. We enjoyed our stay!

Comfy classic chicago greystone
Our hosts were accessible and communicated at every stage to make our stay comfortable. All amenities were top-notch (extra fluffy towels, eco-friendly soaps, plentiful coffee pods). The customized welcome sign and chocolates made a great first impression. We were always able to find free street parking nearby, and the neighborhood was convenient for walking our dog. We'd definitely choose this home again for another visit to Chicago!

Visiting family… great homebase!
We were visiting family in Chicago and we found this great apartment to rent. It had everything we needed so that we could socialize together, make quick meals, feel safe, and even play some board games. Oh, and there was no issue parking! This is a huge plus if you’ve ever been to Chicago. Will definitely have this place saved for a few future visits. Thanks

This was our first visit to Chicago and we could not have had better accommodations! A great neighborhood and the home was clean, welcoming and fully stocked with games, books, linens, KEURIG pods(😊) and local information. Our hosts were so friendly and easy to work with. Highly, highly recommended!

Great place for a Girlfriend's weekend! Easy walking to popular Logan Square neighborhood. Nice living room, dining room, kitchen area. Fun decor. Bathroom was modern and nice. Host was extremely communicative. Couch and bedding and towels were comfortable and seemed quite new. Great beds and pillows. Overall a great place to stay! Would definately recommend.

Amazing Pet Friendly Location
The house was beautiful and had a fenced in area for my dog to go to the bathroom. It was a quiet friendly neighborhood close enough to be able to go downtown and explore.
