The location and cleanliness are what impressed us the most. Very neat and tidy and well supplied. A couple of suggestions: 1. replace the area rug in the living room. It was very dirty and cheap looking. It didn't reflect the overall cleanliness of the property. 2. A cozy blanket would have been appreciated. (remove the flimsy knit throw on the bed.) 3. Add a least 2 bed pillows that aren't so flat/flimsy. Overall, this place was impressive and we have already recommended it to other family members who will be visiting that area!

Wrigleyville
The owner had terrible communication/response time. You cannot control the thermostat yourself. Furniture very uncomfortable. The pillows are extremely flat and cheap. WiFi connection is terrible and it controls the tv too. The above neighbors are loud and inconsiderate. They walk so hard that the recessed light was falling down.

Excellent Tucked-Away Spot in Chicago!
This place was just the right size with all the amenities one would need for a short stay! I especially loved that it’s situated where you have more than plenty of privacy & some quiet, while being an easy walking distance to restaurants & coffee shops. The check-in/out instructions were detailed precisely & Justin promptly responded to my inquiries during my stay. Overall greatly recommend for 1-2 people visiting Chicago for a few days!

Location Location. Location
Taking in a couple of Cubs games, we truly could not have been in a better location. The problem was we were unable to get into the apartment due to misdirection about the codes to get in. Once inside - everything was pristine and very nice! We enjoyed everything about it but were unable to use the TVs due to our inability to navigate the technology. Otherwise we enjoyed Justin‘s place and we would certainly try to stay out again.

The location of this home, and neighbourhood are wonderful. While we had a little blip in our check-in, it did not deter from our experience overall. The home is exactly as depicted in the website and was clean upon arrival. Would definitely recommend. We even met the neighbours; very nice people 😊

Concert at Wrigley Stadium
This unit is about 3 blocks from Wrigley. Easy and safe walk. Unit is well appointed and clean! Appliances are all new, couch is comfortable as an extra sleeping space and bathroom is spacious. Only slight negative ( and it wouldn’t stop me from staying here again) is you can hear everything from the unit above and the El trains can be a little loud. Overall a wonderful experience.

Wrigley stay
Came to town to help move my daughter’s stuff into storage, while she comes home during summer break at Depaul. Great location, great place, great communication with the owner. Nice and clean and everything worked great. Would definitely stay there again

Perfect Spot!
This property was perfect for us! Came to hang out in the city for a few days and catch games at Wrigley and Comiskey. It was an easy walk to Wrigley (and the restaurants and bars nearby). The L was easily accessible to take us anywhere we wanted to go. The unit was clean, comfortable, and stocked with all the necessities. Justin was pleasant and easy to communicate with. Would definitely stay here again if in the area.

Nice time, great location!
Overall, nice stay. When they renovated the basement they might have put insulation between the floors since the upstairs neighbors were a little noisy. Also, the WiFi is not great. We had to go to the Capital One cafe to work. Also, there is a smart TV, but it usually spends time buffering since the WiFi is not great. Great location, though! The party that is Wrigley and the nice Southport neighborhood.

Amazing Spot near Wrigleyville
The apartment was in a great location just a few blocks from the L and all of the restaurants and nightlife of Wrigleyville…yet far enough away that it was quiet. The neighborhood felt safe and the apartment was clean and comfortable.
