Lovely house , very good location

A fabulous well loved character filled house . A few extras included like sun loungers and parasol , outdoor shower , nice towels , spacious bedrooms although a bigger bed in the master would be welcomed . Great location by Bracklesham beach , and west wittering village . Nice pubs and cafes all around . Chichester area is a good find . Very dog friendly everywhere

An excellent home from home!

We had a fabulous stay at this house - communication with the host was excellent and they went above and beyond to accommodate our requests & ensure we had everything we needed. The house itself is excellent - gorgeous decorations, for us the highlights were the beautiful south facing garden and the open plan living/cooking/dining space which opened onto it - excellent for families with children. The kitchen was really well equipped for preparing big family meals! Would highly recommend.

We had a wonderful 3 night stay for my 60 th birthday . The house is very well equipped with everything you might need . Lovely seaside retreat

We had a lovely late-summer stay here with our young son and my parents. It was ideal for us - very spacious and well-situated, with a very nice garden too. We even enjoyed plenty of apples fresh from the trees. Highly recommended.

Lovely Property 100m from the Beach

We had a wonderful 3 day stay at Luminaire and the weather was perfect too. The secluded garden, which is not overlooked, is directly south facing so you have the seaside light all day long. The house is very spacious and the bedrooms are all lovely, especially the master bedroom with its freestanding bath! All the beds are comfy (well we had no moaning!) and the kitchen it has every conceivable utensil and cookbook you could ever need! Cooking on the Aga was a great experience. There are dozens of other books and DVD’s available too if the weather is poor. Speaking with Charlotte (only to ask where things were!) was quick and straightforward and she was a delight to deal with too. So we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend it without reservation.

This is a super rental and we will be returning. Very comfortable house with great spacious rooms and very functional kitchen. Great secure garden and only a short walk to the beach. In terms of rental properties. This is the best one we have ever stayed in!

Can’t keep away

Just back from a wonderful week away at this fabulous property. Third stay here now and I’d thoroughly recommend the property and location. We were blessed with wonderful weather which enabled good use of the bbq available in the garden along with eating outside making good use of the large garden table. Beach is literally a three minute walk away. Great sun loungers in the garden which helped us relax looking out for shooting stars which we saw many of. Such a cosy and comfortable house which always leads to a wonderful holiday.

Beautiful home

This is a beautiful house in a fantastic location. I was there with my husband and some friends and it’s a lovely place for a relaxing break. The house is so well equipped. I can’t think of a single thing that is missing. You just could not wish for more. The bedrooms were all comfortable. There were plenty of towels for everyone. The house is a very short walk to the beach and to the shops/ restaurants. We’ve been visiting Wittering for years and this is my favourite place to stay and we hope to be back next year.
