"We came for the NC Muscadine Wine Festival. This lodging was further away than we stayed before, but worth the 20-25 minute drive. "The home is large and will accommodate many. It way obvious that the home is still in the renovation stage. There was not much privacy since the rooms only have shear curtains and no blinds. The neighbors are very close and the neighborhood kids play basket ball about 20 feet from the back door and walk in front of the house often."

"Overall, we had a great stay! We didn't stay in the RV because there were only two of us! The property would be great with a group! There is plenty of room to park and play. There were games to play, cornhole, horseshoes, UNO, and Dominos. The hot tub was a plus for me! The grill was exceptionally clean. All the appliances were top-of-the-line and in working order! It's about a 20 drive to the town but didn't mind it at all."

"This property made us feel like we were totally hidden away. It's very private. The hosts have thought of everything from the ambiance of the indoor and outdoor lighting, multiple grills and fireplaces, hot tub, hammock, swing, instructions, motivational signs, air fresheners, etc. The kids had a an absolute blast and we did as well. "This was a very clean, well thought out 2BR duplex with everything you could want for your stay. Two cons were the high ancillary fees which significantly change the effective per night charge, especially for shorter stays. The other was the mattresses, which were older memory foam models and not particularly comfortable. Other than that we were quite pleased."
