Urlaub
Der Aufenthalt war sehr gut. Die Ambiente hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Chioggia ist wunderschön und typisch Italien. Das zweite Venedig stimmt genau nur das die Gondel fehlten. Die Wohnung war sehr schön und typisch der Altstadt entsprechend. Was uns besonders gefiel war das man direkt am Kanal Vena war und das Leben pur mit bekam.

Wir haben einmal mehr die traumhafte Lage dieser Unterkunft genossen, das turbulente Treiben in der unmittelbaren Umgebung ist für uns ein wundervoller Teil des Urlaubs! Urlaub in Chioggia
Der Hammer war die Info, dass der im Angebot angeführte Parkplatz 700 m entfernt vom Quartier war und pro Tag 12 € kostet. Es waren eher 900 m. Wir empfinden das als Betrug. Da es keine Duschabtrennung gab, schwamm nach jedem Duschen das Bad (ca. 1m breit). Außerdem sehr laut durch die benachbarten Gaststätten und eine Baustelle am Haus.

Great place to stay to discover Venice
The accommodation is idealy located in the heart of the beautiful town of Chioggia. Beautiful views on water and everything available next to the apartment. Markets, restaurants, vaporetto station.. Apartment is big enough for 6 persons. Great for family with children. Very welcoming person at our arrival The owner answers all questions quickly prior and during the stay.

Einfach wunderbar!!!
Die Wohnung ist sehr großzügig geschnitten, schön eingerichtet und hat eine perfekte Lage. Es fehlt an nichts. Vom Nähzeug bis zur Zange, es ist alles vorhanden! Die Eigentümer sind super nett und zuvorkommend. Für uns war die Wohnung perfekt. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Vielen Dank!

Appartamento grande e spazioso in pieno centro storico
Noi eravamo in cinque e abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura per due notti. I proprietari sono stati gentilissimi e molto disponibili. L'appartamento a 3 grandi stanze e due salotti, si sta veramente comodi, ed è dotato di tutto il necessario. Ci siamo trovati molto bene, ci torneremo volentieri.

Die Bewertung dieser Unterkunft hängt sehr stark von der eigenen Erwartungshaltung ab: Wer ein vollklimatisiertes Luxus-Smarthome erwartet sollte diese Unterkunft nicht buchen!! Wer in einer der schönste Städte Italiens für eine Woche so wohnen möchte wie die Einwohner wird hier das Paradies finden!! Es ist keine für Touristen hergerichtete 08/15 Wohnung, sondern eine Wohnung, in der man sich nicht wundern würde, wenn Mamma plötzlich aus der Küche käme und die Spaghettisoße zum Probieren anbieten würde! Traumhaft im ersten Stock direkt am Canale gelegen, alle notwendige Infrastruktur in sehr kurzer Laufentfernung, sehr gute Unterstützung durch die Gastgeberin und Freunde von ihr! Parken ist im Kern von Chioggia quasi unmöglich, in 15 Gehminuten kann man wunderbar parken (Hauptsaison €6/Tag, Nebensaison €4). Wer es urig und authentisch mag wird diese Unterkunft lieben! Rating this accomodotion is depending a lot on your expectations! If you expect an airconditioned luxury smarthome, book something different!! If you want to spend some time in one of Italy`s most beautiful towns and want to live like the locals, this is the place!! It is no standard tourist apartment, but a place where you wouldn´t be surprised if mamma just stepped out of the kitchen and offered the pasta sauce for trying!! Beautifully in the first floor directly at the canale, all necessary things in short walking distance, very supportive host and her friends. Parking in the old centre is next to impossible (if you prefer legal), it´s a 15 minute walk to a big Carpark (high season €6/day, low season €4). Who likes it authentic is going to love this place like I did, thanks a lot Brunella!!

Gut aber bisschen laut.
Die Unterkunft selbst ist eher antik, aber sehr geräumig und funktionabel. Liegt mitten in der Stadt, viele Restaurants in der Nähe, dementsprechend kann es abends auch lauter werden. Keine Parkmöglichkeit in der Nähe, nur mit entsprechendem Parkticket für Bewohner, was wir nicht hatten. Großer Parkplatz ist ca. 1 km entfernt und kostet 6 Euro pro Tag (24 Stunden) in der Hochsaison, sonst 4 Euro. Der Strand in Sottomarina ist ca. 2,5 km entfernt, jedoch da alles kostenpflichtig. Es gibt auch einen kostenlosen Abschnitt ganz am Anfang des Strandes (linke Seite). Der Strand selbst ist perfekt für Kinder geeignet, das Wasser ist sehr sehr flach und sehr warm.

The best part of this rental was the location and the view.
We enjoyed the view and the location of the rental, the reason for the 3 stars. Do not expect for this rental to offer comfort. The beds were old and master bedroom bed creeked. There were sand and dirt on the floor. The couch is old and broken. The walls were peeling and there were crumbles (asbestos?) in the second kitchen by the water heater, which hadn't been cleaned for awhile. We also only had one functioning shower, although there were 2 bathrooms; one of the showers did not drain at all! There were only 3 fans, one for each bedroom, and it was very hot and humid in the rest of the unit.There were also 4 of us with one set of key. We asked for an extra set of key so that we can come and go at different times and the owner told us that she only had one set. However, at the check out time, they told us to leave what was "the only set of keys they had" on the table. It really didn't offer us the comfort or the convenience with our stay. Without its great location, I would give 1 1/2 to 2 stars. It is overpriced and over-promise of what the place offers. We will definitely visit Chioggia again for the beauty and culture it offers. But will be seeking for a better place to stay.

Perfect for family hollidays
We have spent a wonderful time in Brunella's apartment. There is a lot of room and the two bathrooms a very useful when all the family wants to take a shower after the beach. The furniture is quite old fashioned but it it functional and appealing. The apartment is situated in one of the most beautiful places of the town : the old Vena canal. No need for a car. Everything you need can be found in a few minutes walk. Its only 5 minutes walk from the vaporetto to go to Pellestrina / Venezia and about 20 minutes walk from the beach in Sottomarina. Due to its central situation we can sometimes hear people talking in the bar and restaurant nearby but there is no loud music. We recommend this apartment for a family holidays.
