Loaded with rye
"The hotel is not maintained, the smell of mold in the rooms. The location of the pool is far from the rooms. It is not possible to bring food and drinks to the pool area and the hotel requires you to buy in the pool at high prices. The whole ComMalex is not built in a friendly way."

"Very nice hotel but the staff need more training regarding customer service. That have not cleaned or changed the towels after first day! It’s a 5*hotel and should be done daily! The front desk ladies didn’t informed us about the WiFi password, breakfast and lunch time or to call when the room was ..."
