"We enjoyed the place it was the right size for what we wanted. Only complaints were fry pan were worn bought a new one and left it there for the next person. Also looked like Master bedroom was on 1st floor 2 sets of stairs to get to main level however we made do and our stay was wonderful thank you very much. "

"This home is well equipped for your stay. One of the upstairs bedroom's mattress was a bit too firm for us but the others in our party were happy. We did move to one of the other more softer beds. I gave it a 4 star because it should be mentioned that this is not for anyone who is physically challenged. "This house is in the perfect location! Just outside Pagosa Springs in a very quiet neighborhood, but not super close to other houses. It is the quintessential mountain cabin with plenty of living space, but a cozy feel. The kitchen is well-stocked and it’s nice that each bedroom has an easily accessible bathroom.
