"The staff is attentive and the onsen is very relaxing. The hotel sometimes feels like a maze. Even though it said on its website that they had a SPA continuously, it was closed for the day we went (tuesday); double check that. The buffet breakfast is definitely worth taking. The walks around the hotel and next to the lake will show you beautiful sights. Walking distance to the waterside shrine and the Laketown. "

"Long walk to get to the hotel, esp'ly with luggages, seems like only those who drive are welcome, you'd think hotel got shuttle from bus station to hotel front, but they don't. Then, once all restaurants close at the same time as the stores in outlet, you got no other options but to eat at the hotel's restaurant which only offered buffet at 5500Y/person; that would not have been a problem if they offered decent food, but no, way worse than food court quality, which made the whole experience...
