"Logement très atypique spacieux et confortable. La fraîcheur induite des vieux murs en pierre a été un vrai plus vu la température extérieure. Top le tri des poubelles dans la cuisine. Peu de lumière naturelle vu la taille des fenêtre de l’époque mais on ne peut pas tout avoir. Giana est très accueillante et au petit soin pour le petit déjeuner au top !"

"A great sized property with all the facilities that you need. Massive landscape gardens with a good sized pool and vegetable plot. The views were amazing. Air conditioning in all rooms which was a great asset. The host, Gian, was very knowledgeable and helpful. Because of his knowledge, we attended local festivals and we had a reasonably priced chef come in and cook for us, which was more of an experience than just being catered for as we were all able to get involved. "The house was an excellent choice for my family of 9 adults and one infant for our four night visit. It had plenty of space, plenty of kitchen supplies, a/c, clean pool, and great mountain views. At a great dinner in the town. We rented cars in Rome and drove up and then drove each day exploring other cities, Sienna, Florence, Assisi, and Spello. The house was perfect for us. We wish we could have stayed longer."

"The pictures on line do not do justice to this unbelievable property . We had four families and a few friends totaling 27 people . We each had our own apartment and private space even at the pool but when we gathered for dinner , there was enough seating inside and outside to accommodate all of us . Laila graciously recommended Marco to give us a pasta cooking class and we loved him so much , he cooked our final farewell dinner in true Umbrian fashion .
