Amazing view
We went during Labor Day and caught the fire works for river fest. It was the best view you could ask for had clear sight of drone show the entire firework show and the fireworks off of the great American building. Would definitely go back.

Great view
Nice apartment. Clean and easy access. Only issue was the internal entry door that allowed access to the 4 apartments was shut and locked and we could not get in. Fortunately, one of the tenants answered the call and let us in.

Good home base for Cincinnati
Loved the location up on the hill and the views from the unit are amazing. Street parking was easy for us. The unit was comfortable and spacious. Overall the place was relatively clean but the bathroom did have an unpleasant smell and could probably use a renovation. There is an extensive contract that the property management company sends and makes you sign, even for short stays, which makes the booking process a little more burdensome than desired. The contract mentions that basic amenities aren't guaranteed (even things like toilet paper), but the unit did have some soaps (seemed like leftovers from prior guests) and a total of four keurig pods; you're really supposed to buy and bring the things you'll need especially for longer stays. I'd still recommend this place because of the views and location - it's very walkable to stadiums and downtown as long as you're okay with an uphill walk back.

Awesome value with a view to die for!
Overall we greatly enjoyed our stay. The booking process was easy…communication was great…it lived up to its listing! Very convenient to downtown and easy to get to. Very clean, neat, nicely decorated and up-to-date. Well appointed also and everything worked except for the balcony lights. The balcony was AMAZING!! THE best part of this apartment! Loved the city views! We only have one complaint…parking. We got back around 10:30 from the Reds game and the only space available was way down the street up against some trees. So the advertising of “two spaces” isn’t quite accurate. But…highly recommend it!

Cincy short stay
The Condo was very nice, very clean and had a gorgeous view. Luckily the Cincinnati Reds shot fireworks off and it was spectacular. Only issue is rhe raised bedroom floor. It was well advertised, but a moment of forgetfulness and you will have a sore ankle.

Wife wants to hire the cleaning staff and move here permanently
This place was amazing and have never stayed in such a clean VRBO. My wife wants yo adopt whoever cleans for you all plus she wants to move in and live in Cincinnati full time. The views are better than expected. The bed and pillows are the most comfortable that I have ever used as well.

Great spot in a cool neighborhood!
This place punches well above its price! Awesome neighborhood with a beautiful view of the city. Plus there is a bar about 15 yards away. Would certainly return back to this spot!

Perfect for our needs
I had a friend who was getting married at The Monastery just up the road and this place was really convenient and comfortable for our trip to Ohio. The walk up the hill to downtown Mount Adams is not for the faint of heart, but is quick enough, it took me maybe 10 minutes. As advertised, the apartment has lovely views. Parking was never a problem for us and the neighborhood was quiet and pleasant. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Perfect for singles or couples
This property was perfect. Our daughter, son-in-law, and new grandson live only a few streets away. This location was awesome and the night time view of downtown Cincinnati is amazing.

1st The Good: Great neighborhood. Wonderful layout. Well stocked (minus no iron). Very reasonable rate. Easy access, clear instructions of what was expected at checkout. Wonderful view of the city, short Lyft/Uber ride to GABP and Hard Rock/Downtown area. What Needs Improvement: Bathroom was not as clean as it could have been (Hair.....not ours, was found on check in, and I can't stand that, on the floor and on the tub). There was hair and dust on the floor in the living room as well. Sink clogged in Bathroom. Check In time is listed as 4 o'clock. A week before we asked for an early check in via text as our flight landed at 1:30. I was told to ask within 24 hours of check in to see if that was available as the property may have been occupied the night prior. I completely understand that. So the morning of our arrival (9/7/23 @ 10:23am) I asked for a 2:30 check in. One and a half hour early. I was told that due to back to back bookings that we are unable to approve an early check in. We get to the airport and arrive at the property at 2:37, asked again if we could check in early, and was told unfortunately early check in was not available and the property will be ready at 4 pm. So we walked next door to City View bar and waited till 4 to get in. We did not notice anyone coming or going to clean the property during this time. It may not seem like much, but it was to my wife and I. A little flexibility would have went a long way for 5 star rating.

Cincinnati Stay
The property was perfect for our stay. There's a small pub in walking distance. Great view of the city. We just wished there was a dresser to put our clothes. And there is a step to the bedroom that you have to be careful of. Also, the walls are a little thin and you can hear some of the neighbors. Overall though, it was a lovely stay

What a view!
We have previously enjoyed the Mt Adams neighborhood. This apartment is very modern for an older building, nicely appointed, and the patio has an amazing view of downtown Cincinnati. Only negative (for us seniors with bad legs) is stairs are required. Highly recommended!
