The house was impeccably clean and layed out well. Kris was incredibly accommodating and even stocked the refrigerator with drinks for us. We did have a little bit of trouble with the front door but it was primarily user error and Kris came to the rescue within a reasonable amount of time.

Loved EVERYTHING about this place!
Family in town for weekend wedding. 3 generations. We had a blast. Super clean. Great spaces. Easy walk to the Zoo. No issues. Without being asked, host refunded $35 because there were no courtesy drinks in the fridge--even though it was my fault! Would definitely stay here next time without even looking for other options.

The house was a Gem! Updated to the tee. Nothing was left undone in this house. The Heated bathroom floors were amazing. There is enough room for everyone. Kris communicated with every question we had. I would recommend staying at this house.

UC Tailgating Fun for 50th Birthdays
We had an incredible stay at this beautifully renovated home! The beds were super comfy, and the AC in every room was perfect. The house is spacious, and the kitchen is well-equipped with all the necessary cooking essentials, including spices and oil, which made prepping meals a breeze. Our host, Kris, went above and beyond to add special touches to the house and our visit. From the welcoming beverages to ensuring the temperature was just right, Kris thought of everything to make our stay unforgettable. His attention to detail and genuine hospitality made us feel like valued guests. Fantastic communication throughout our stay. Additionally, my daughter, who is a UC athlete, lives within walking distance of the property, which made it even better. We were a group of friends attending the UC game and celebrating a 50th birthday, and this home was perfect for our gathering. We highly recommend this property for any celebration. 5 stars all the way!

We Came for Surgery
Our 2-year old grandson needed surgery and Cincinnati children's was the place for it. This house was a good location for being so close to the hospital and to the zoo for the sibling. Thanks for the hospitality Kris!

Family appreciation trip
I wanted to award my wife and my girls with a trip to cincy. The house was centrally located near everything happening in the city and even though I had a rental car, I sometimes used an Uber because everything was so near and the cost was reasonable. Our host Kris made sure he added special touches to the house and to our visit and we didn’t have to want for anything. I will use this house again if I am ever in the area.

Nice Stay for a Weekend Getaway
Property is as described. Kitchen is nicely equipped with necessary cooking essentials and ingredients, spices, oil which is nice if you need to prep some breakfasts etc. Board games and children books are available in the house, a nice touch. Host is very responsive and easy to communicate with. Within walking distance to the Zoo. A nice stay for our family overall.

We came from Michigan and Illinois for a wedding in the Clifton area. Location of house was ideal and was a very comfortable stay. Clean and had all the necessities. I guess I am buying a bidet 😝

Perfect weekend
I came into town to watch my son's team beat up the Bearcats!! Boomer Sooner! My sisters came in from Cleveland (Go Browns) and Chicago and we had a great family weekend!! Spent a lot of time on the porch. Walked to the Zoo. Short drive to UofC. House was perfect for our group and Kris was VERY quick to respond to us. Highly recommend Findlay Market!

We had a problem with the digital thermostat locking up on us and our host Kris drove over two hours to fix the problem. Kitchen cabinets are supplied with spices, coffee, snacks and drinks in the refrigerator. Thanks Kris for being a great host during our return stay! You can’t go wrong with booking a stay here!

Our company travels for business purposes and four of our employees had the pleasure of staying at ”Walk to Zoo, UC, Short Vine Entertainment, and Hospitals - Close to Everything” hosted by Kris in Cincinnati, and we cannot recommend it highly enough. The property is stunning – a spacious and beautifully appointed home boasting four bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms. The attention to detail in every room is remarkable, from the stylish decor to the thoughtful amenities provided. Whether it was the cozy bedding, the well-equipped kitchen, or the inviting living spaces, every aspect of the home was meticulously curated to provide a welcoming atmosphere. The location is perfect for visiting local fun spots or heading into downtown. One of the standout features of our stay was Kris himself. As a host, Kris was incredibly detail-oriented, ensuring that every aspect of our visit was seamless. From the moment we booked our stay, Kris communicated impeccably, providing thorough instructions and promptly answering any questions we had.
