"It used to be one of my favourite hotels for business trip to Bristol but this time the experience has been extremely bad… almost 50 minutes waiting for the food at the restaurant during dinners , every single day …. The worst part was the housekeeping service … not done at all during the whole stay ..."

"Its our three time to the area love forest of dean , first time as 24 st john , hopefully not our last , lovely house , everything you need for a break , its like home for home , loved the hot tub, host was very helpful and freind , birthday card for my mum was a lovely surprise"
