"This property was perfect for what I needed. I was there for 8 nights. It was close to the venue where I was attending a conference. The house was clean and comfortable. Kevin was there to greet me and answer any questions I had. Since I’m a “senior “ I chose to sleep on the daybed which was very comfortable. There are 3 beds in the loft but the ladder up and down was a bit formidable to me. All in all this was exactly what I expected. "

"The property was very nice. It ias just like a small fish camp, nothing bad, just dont expect the Ritz. However, everything was very clean aand ready to use. "We needed to stay in Crystal River for a family emergency. Andrew was FANTASTIC! He let us in very late at night, even went to the store for us! The pictures don't do the home justice. We had wonderful evening sitting out on the back deck, wonderful kayak rides. The sunsets were spectacular! It was a great place to just sit and relax. Can't say enough great things about Andrew. I highly recommend this place. We will be back."
