"Great stay for our quick trip. Loved the free bikes for touring Dana Pt , good access the beach, but you have to walk across a pedestrian bridge over the train tracks- not as bad as it sounds. Price was high, mainly due to the music festival. Room was clean, cozy and nice to have a full kitchen."

"We have been coming to Newport every summer and renting a beach house for about 15 years. This house was one of our favorites. The location is perfect, views are amazing, there is plenty of space for a large family and the house had almost everything we needed. BUT this was definitely the dirtiest home we’ve ever rented. The first day we contacted the property manager and they sent someone the next day to clean the floors again. But it’s very clear these floors are probably never cleaned...

"This place is super peaceful! The walls must be well insulated because you do not hear the noisy neighbors once inside the unit. Even though the landslide took away part of the patio and the pool was covered over. the place is amazing and well worth the stay with close access to the beach and great surfing. I would rent it again. thanks you Kim. "

"We LOVED our stay at the Pineapple Bungalow in Seal Beach. The only negative thing was that we didn't get to stay longer. Absolutely perfect. We won't look for any other VRBO properties again when traveling over to CA. So very cozy. Charming. Spacious enough. Close to the beach. Close to fabulous shopping on Main Street. Really quite perfect. AND our hosts Elena and Kye couldn't have been more wonderful."

"A great little place on the beach, few minutes walk to the ocean and 4 minutes walk to Newport Harbour filled with cute shops and lots of food options. The area is quiet and very safe. We really appreciated the quick and easy communication with the property manager. He was kind and very helpful with our questions and concerns ie. We asked where we could find more coffee and he brought a new bag of grounds to our door. A good place for a peaceful get away for singles, couples, or families. "

"La primera noche por equivocación reservé una habitación destinada a discapacitados. Todo mal. Habitación oscura balcón hacia estacionamiento con un árbol que no permite la luz ni brisa. Baño y habitación mal olor . Muy mala experiencia. Pasillos y ascensor mal olor. Nunca más visitar un hotel de esa cadena."
