"The property was beautiful, and my only issue were the ceiling fans. They were covered in a thick, black dust. With my cancer and treatments, I have no immune system, so it’s not really safe for me to breathe that stuff in. It’s a nice place to stay."

"Every room has an ocean view. I liked the fire pit at night. We checked in and brought a cooler of food that fit nicely in the full size fridge in the kitchenette. The pillows were my favorite firmness which hardly ever happens at a hotel/motel. Easy walk to all the food places. Nice seeing the train go by below the property every so often. "

"We had a lovely stay the view was nice and hearing the ocean waves at night were very calming. The home is Vintage but it’s very homey. One of the beds is very hard and the other is soft. If all else fails the couches are loungers and very comfy to sleep in plus you can hear the ocean. We stayed 2 days so we had everything we needed clean towels and bedding extra pillows and a fridge and microwave. Though I would was the dishes before you use them , your supposed to wash them yourself after...

"A great little place on the beach, few minutes walk to the ocean and 4 minutes walk to Newport Harbour filled with cute shops and lots of food options. The area is quiet and very safe. We really appreciated the quick and easy communication with the property manager. He was kind and very helpful with our questions and concerns ie. We asked where we could find more coffee and he brought a new bag of grounds to our door. A good place for a peaceful get away for singles, couples, or families. "

"The property has great marketing, but falls short on delivery. The room we booked had pictures of the ocean as if it were ocean front. Instead we got a view of an alleyway and parking lot. The room was dated and musty, contrasting the beautiful rooms that were advertised. My booking also said it had complimentary valet parking, which the front desk did not want to honor and wanted to charge $45 a night for its compulsory service. In the end they agreed to waive it when I showed the evidence....
