Best family holiday ever!
This is a real home having only been converted to rental this year. It does not feel like a holiday rental as all the fine things that make you feel at home are here. The fenced property goes on and on and there are all sorts of bearing fruit trees including figs, hazelnuts, pears and apples. The pool is simply beautiful and has many “pool toys” included. The bedrooms are all air conditioned, and the house is spacious and well appointed. A high point for us was the fully functional wood fire oven which we used with great fun and success having been coached by our host Giorgio. The wifi is good; there are children’s toys in the garden, the laundry facilities are good and the kitchen fully equipped. This villa is near enough to Rome for a day trip which 2 of our party did do. The local towns and villages are pretty and worth visiting and the food in general is fabulous. A very good and important part of our 8 day stay was our hosts Giorgio and Sylvia who could not have been more accommodating, helpful and friendly. A most brilliant holiday. I wholeheartedly recommend this villa.
