"Il posto è proprio trascurato,anni sessanta,come ci tiene a dire il proprietario. Riscaldamento assente,in quanto una legge(?), sostiene il proprietario,lo obbliga ad accendere il 30 ottobre....mha...Servizi igienici rosa,anni sessanta appunto, pure scheggiati.
