"Hello, If you're planning a small family reunion and need plenty of space for your party of 15, this house is well appointed and very spacious on a quiet lot in suburban Philadelphia. We wanted somewhere close to Longwood Garden that was wheelchair accessible. I might recommend some grab bars in the ground floor bathroom, but otherwise we had a great stay."

"We (seniors) enjoyed the proximity of the apartment to trails and around the historic town. The apartment exceeded our .expectations. I would book again and highly recommend staying in Kenneth Square. We visited Longwood, Brandywine Valley, Winterthru and explored Kennett Square. I recommend eating at Franks Dinner, Chadds Ford Tavern, Sam’s Sandwich Shop ( especially for breakfast). . "

"Clean and bright large, private room with wonderful King bed in renovated townhouse across from small park. Very clean shared bathroom. Washing machine and dryer in hall. Free street parking and spots were always available. Downstairs kitchen is not shared. Never saw the long-term tenants. Great way to stay close to beautiful Fairmont Park on a budget!"

"Great location- easy walk to Clark park etc, quiet street, easy parking. House was cute and comfortable. Nice firm mattress. The only big negative for us was very overpowering air freshener. It was overwhelming. We had to unplug them all and air out the house and it was still pretty present. Didn’t try the upstairs shower but downstairs one had pretty low pressure. Kitchen could use a few things like a fresh sponge and a kitchen towel but over all this was a good stay for sure."

"Our family had an amazing stay at Sean's house. The house was very well stocked and clean. The rooftop views were incredible and we loved spending a fall evening up there. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking breakfast and the bathrooms were very clean, something my wife greatly appreciated. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Philadelphia."
